اساتذہ کا احترام

انسان دنیا میں کبھی بھی تنہا وقت نہیں گزار سکتا۔ اسی بات کو دیکھتے ہوۓ اللّه نے انسان کو کچھ رشتوں سے نوازا ہے۔اب ان میں کچھ رشتے خون کے ہوتے ہیں اور کچھ رشتے اخلاقی ،روحانی اور معاشرتی طور پر بن جاتے ہیں۔ انہی میں سے ایک رشتہ استاد کا ہے۔

استاد کو معاشرے میں روحانی والدین کا مرتبہ حاصل ہے۔ اسلام میں استاد کا درجہ والدین کے درجے کے برابر قرار دیا گیا ہے کیوں کہ دنیا میں والدین کے بعد بچے کی تربیت کی زمیداری اگر کسی پر عائد ہوتی ہے تو وہ استاد ہے کیوں کہ وہ استاد ہی ہیں جو دنیا میں جینا سیکھاتے ہیں ،کتابوں کا علم سیکھاتے ہیں۔ اسی لئے استاد کی شخصیت واجب الاحترام ہے۔

استاد کا مقام

استاد کا مقام اگر ان لفظوں میں بیان کیا جاۓ تو بالکل غلط نہ ہوگا کہ “استاد لوہے کو تپا کر کندن ،پتھر کو تراش کر ہیرا بناتا ہے ” اسی لئے ایک استاد لوہار اور معمار بھی ہے۔

استاد کی اہمیت قرآن کی روشنی میں

اللّه کی رہنمائی میں آپ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم استاد اور صحابہ کرام رضی اللّه تعالیٰ عنہم شاگرد ہیں۔صحابہ کرام نے جو کچھ نبی آخری الزماں صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم سے سیکھا وہ پوری محنت اور جدوجہد سے دوسروں تک پہنچا دیا۔ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے۔ ترجمہ : “پیغمبر تمھیں کتاب و حکمت کی تعلیم دیتا ہے اور تمھیں وہ سب کچھ سیکھاتا ہے جو تم نہیں جانتے تھے “۔

استاد کی اہمیت حدیث کی روشنی میں

احادیث رسول صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم میں استاد کو اعلیٰ مقام دیا گیا ہے۔ رسول اکرم صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم کا ارشاد ہے “بے شک میں معلم بنا کر بھیجا گیا ہوں ” پھر ارشاد ہے “انسان کے تین باپ ہیں والد ،سسر اور استاد “

معاشرتی طور پر استاد کی اہمیت

ایک زمانہ تھا کہ طالب علم میلوں کا سفر پیدل طے کرتے ،سالہا سال گھر بار سے دور رہ کر علم کی پیاس بجھاتے۔استاد کی سزاؤں کو جھیلتے تب جا کر نگینہ بنتے۔ اس دور میں طالب علم باادب اور با تہذیب ہوتے تھے۔ استاد کا مذاق اڑانا تو دور کی بات استاد کے سامنے نظر تک نہ اٹھاتے تھے۔ وقت کا پہيہ چلا تو انسان نے بھی ترقی کے منازل طے کر ڈالے۔ جیسے جیسے وقت بدلا تو تہذیب کے انداز بھی بدل گئے۔ چنانچہ یہ حقیقت ہے کہ آج کے دور میں طالب علم استاد کو تنخواہ دار ملازم سمجھتا ہے اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ علم ناپید ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ اتنے اسکول اور کالج کے ہوتے ہوئے معاشرے میں اخلاقیات کا کوئی نام نہیں۔

علم عاجزی اور انکساری کو پسند کرتا ہے۔ اسکا مقام وہ دل ہرگز نہیں ہو سکتا جہاں تکبر و غرور پنپتا ہو۔تو طالب علم کا فرض ہے کہ علم کی قدر پہچانے اور اس کے حصول کے لئے عاجزی کا اظہار کرے۔اپنے استاد کا احترام کرے ان سے تکبر سے پیش نہ آئے۔ کسی سوال پر بحث و مبحاثہ بھی کرنا ہو تو تہذیب کا دامن تھاما رکھے اور جو طالب علم استاد کا احترام نہیں کرتا وہ علم کی دولت سے محروم رہتا ہے ۔
