Introduction :

The adage “Health is Wealth” encapsulates the profound connection between good health and the attainment of prosperity in life. It emphasizes that true wealth lies not in material possessions, but in the preservation and enhancement of one’s physical and mental well-being. This essay delves into the significance of good health, its impact on various aspects of life, the role of preventive care, and the steps individuals can take to prioritize and nurture their health.

The Foundation of Prosperity

Good health serves as the bedrock of a prosperous life. Physical and mental well-being are intertwined, creating a harmonious balance that enables individuals to thrive and achieve their goals. Optimal physical health allows for increased energy, stamina, and vitality, enabling individuals to participate fully in life’s activities. Mental well-being, on the other hand, fosters emotional stability, resilience, and the ability to cope with challenges effectively.

Impact on Personal and Professional Life

Good health has a profound impact on personal and professional spheres. In personal life, it enhances relationships and fosters deeper connections with loved ones. When individuals are in good health, they can engage in activities that promote quality time and shared experiences, leading to stronger bonds and greater happiness.

Professionally, good health equips individuals with the energy, focus, and productivity necessary for success. It enables them to perform optimally in their chosen fields, make significant contributions, and advance their careers. Moreover, good health contributes to job satisfaction, reducing absenteeism and increasing overall work productivity.

Preventive Care: The Key to Long-term Well-being

Preventive care plays a pivotal role in maintaining good health. Regular medical check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations are crucial in identifying and managing health risks before they escalate. Early detection of potential illnesses allows for timely intervention and treatment, reducing the impact and complications associated with diseases. In addition, adopting a preventive mindset encompasses healthy lifestyle choices. Engaging in regular physical exercise, consuming a balanced diet, getting sufficient sleep, managing stress, and avoiding harmful habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption are vital aspects of preventive care. These practices not only prevent the onset of various illnesses but also contribute to overall well-being and longevity.

Steps towards Health and Wellness

Prioritizing and nurturing one’s health requires conscious effort and commitment. Individuals can take several steps to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. First and foremost, it is essential to adopt regular physical exercise as a part of one’s routine. Engaging in activities such as walking, jogging, swimming, or yoga not only improves physical fitness but also promotes mental well-being through the release of endorphins and the reduction of stress. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and essential nutrients is vital for maintaining good health. Proper nutrition provides the body with the necessary fuel for optimal function, boosts immunity, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

Adequate rest and sleep are equally important. Sufficient sleep enables the body to rejuvenate and repair itself, enhancing overall well-being and cognitive function.

Managing stress is crucial in maintaining good health. Incorporating stress management techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or engaging in hobbies can alleviate stress and promote mental clarity.

Regular health screenings and check-ups should be a priority. Periodic visits to healthcare professionals allow for the early detection and management of potential health issues, ensuring comprehensive care and well-being.

Additionally, fostering a supportive social network and seeking emotional support when needed can contribute to mental well-being. Sharing concerns, seeking guidance, and participating in social activities nurture emotional resilience and provide a sense of belonging.

Importance of Working Towards Good Health

Health is God’s gift to us. Health refers to the physical and mental state of a human being. To stay healthy is not an option but a necessity to live a happy life. The basic laws of good health are related to the food we eat, the amount of physical exercise we do, our cleanliness, rest, and relaxation. A healthy person is normally more confident, self-assured, sociable, and energetic. A healthy person views things calmly, and without prejudice.

Introduction

“The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man! Because he sacrifices his health to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.” This signifies that individuals don’t prioritise their mental health to earn money. Some even work 24 hours a day or seven days a week.

However, you have the option to remain balanced. So, balance work and fitness daily. Always strive to keep a cheerful as well as a concentrated routine. It is necessary to plan ahead of time. In any case, one must maintain a good mental, bodily, and emotional state, and no professional or counsellor can assist you unless you desire to live. The will to live in the moment and make the most of it awakens the ideal strength within you, and you are the only one who can never let yourself fall apart.

Importance of Maintaining Health

We live in a super-fast age. The Internet has shrunk the world dramatically and people are connected 24x7. Multitasking is the order of the day, as we struggle to fulfill our responsibilities for everyone in life. In this fight, we often forget to spare time for ourselves. The stress levels continue to build up until one day a major collapse may make us realize that in all this hectic activity, we have forgotten to take care of one important thing – our health.

As we spend days shuttling between hospital and home, putting our body through one test after another, trying to find out what has gone wrong, we are forced to remember that ‘Health is indeed Wealth’.

In earlier days, life was very simple. People worked for a stipulated time, often walked everywhere, ate more homemade food, did household chores, and enjoyed a healthy balance in life.

Now people have cars and bikes to commute, so they walk less. With the demand for more working hours, people are awake till late at night and indulge in more junk food than home-cooked food. Modern equipment at home has reduced the labour work and increased dependency on this equipment.  People don’t have enough time to exercise or even get enough sunlight. Nowadays people are living very unhealthy lifestyles.

Unhealthy living conditions have increased the contraction of people to various diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, hypertension, etc. This has alarming implications in the near future. So it is very important to focus on our health as much as we focus on our work. Moderation in food habits, daily exercise, and balanced work-life can surely make a big difference to our health and body. When a person stays mentally and physically fit, his actions and decisions are more practical and logical and hence he is more successful in life. Furthermore, good health has a direct impact on our personality.

It's crucial to consider how much self-control you have to keep a healthy lifestyle. Research reveals that changing one's behaviour and daily patterns are quite tough. According to the data, whether a person has a habit of smoking, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, or any other substance, it is extremely difficult to quit. A study found that 80% of smokers who tried to quit failed, with only 46% succeeding.

Importance of Good Health

A healthy body has all the major components that help in the proper functioning of the body. The essential component is the state of physical health. Your life term extends when you maintain good physical fitness. If you are committed to exercising with a sensible diet, then you can develop a sense of well-being and can even prevent yourself from chronic illness, disability, and premature death.

Some of the benefits of increased physical activity are as follows.

4. Improved immunity to minor illnesses.

Along with physical fitness, a good mental state is also essential for good health. Mental health means the emotional and psychological state of an individual. The best way to maintain good mental health is by staying positive and meditating.

However, unlike a machine, the body needs rest at regular intervals. A minimum of six to seven hours of sleep is necessary for the body to function optimally. Drinking plenty of water and a balanced diet is also very important for your body.  If you violate the basic laws of good health, like working late hours, ignoring physical exercise, eating junk food, it will lead to various ailments like hypertension, heart attacks, and other deadly diseases.

What is National Health Day?

Every year on April 7th, World Health Day is celebrated. The World Health Organization (WHO) hosted the inaugural World Health Day on April 7, 1950, to draw the entire world’s attention to global health.

Every year, the World Health Organization (WHO) comes up with a new theme for public awareness, such as "Support Nurses and Midwives" in 2020. This supports the situation of COVID-19, where healthcare workers are saving lives day and night without worrying about their health.

The WHO also operates a global health promotion initiative to align equality so that individuals can take control of their lives, "every life matters," and consider their fitness. The government promotes numerous health policies, including food security, workplace quality, and health literacy, in schools, colleges, workplaces, and various community activities.

Good Health for Children

Children need to maintain good physical and mental health. With an increase in the pressure of studies and over-indulgence in modern gadgets, children are losing the most precious thing, which is health. These days, they barely play in the playgrounds, they are more inclined towards junk food and spend more time on the screen. These unhealthy activities are slowly sabotaging their health. Parents should concentrate on the physical and mental health of their children, and inculcate good habits for maintaining a healthy lifestyle from a tender age.

Cleanliness also has a major role to play in maintaining good health. Taking a bath every day, washing hands before eating meals, brushing twice a day, changing clothes regularly, etc. are important habits to maintain good health.

Society is witnessing gloomy faces as a result of children and their parents' excessive usage of a computer, mobile phone, and the Internet. They are constantly using these technological items, oblivious to the fact that they may harm their health. Teenagers are frequently discovered engrossed in their electronic devices, resulting in mishaps.

The usage of electronic devices frequently results in anxiety and hostility. Excessive usage of these products has been linked to cancer, vision loss, weight gain, and insomnia.

Emotional development is another crucial component that should not be disregarded because it determines whether or not a person is healthy. An emotionally healthy person should have a solid sense of logic, realisation, and a realistic outlook.

Conclusion

Health is Wealth because if we are not healthy then all our wealth, fame and power can bring no enjoyment. Keeping fit and healthy is indeed not an option but a necessity.

Understanding the proverb: health is wealth.

The adage “Health is wealth” underscores the fundamental concept of prioritizing health above all else, including wealth. As college students, we often find ourselves caught in the whirlwind of academic pressures, forgetting the importance of maintaining good health.

Health as a Prerequisite for Success

Health is not merely the absence of disease but also a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. It is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life, enabling individuals to pursue their goals effectively. Without good health, even the wealthiest person cannot enjoy their riches. Conversely, a healthy person, despite having less wealth, can lead a more enjoyable and productive life.

The Interplay of Health and Wealth

While wealth can provide better healthcare facilities, the pursuit of wealth at the expense of health can lead to a vicious cycle of illnesses and medical bills. Thus, it’s crucial to strike a balance, securing wealth without compromising health.

Investing in Health

Investing in health is not just about regular exercise and a balanced diet; it also includes mental health care. This involves stress management, maintaining a positive outlook, and fostering healthy relationships. As students, we must be proactive about our health, integrating healthy habits into our daily routines.

In conclusion, the proverb “Health is wealth” serves as a reminder that health is the most significant wealth one can possess. It is an investment that yields lifelong returns, enabling us to lead a fulfilling life. Therefore, as we strive for academic and professional success, let’s not forget to invest in our health, our true wealth.

500 Words Essay on Health Is Wealth

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. This comprehensive definition underlines the complex nature of health and its profound impact on our lives. The axiom “Health is Wealth” encapsulates this idea, emphasizing the intrinsic value of health over material wealth.

The Primacy of Health

The importance of health in our lives cannot be overstated. It is the foundation upon which all other aspects of our lives are built. Without good health, even the most significant achievements or wealth can lose their meaning. A healthy body is a fertile ground for a sound mind, enabling us to think clearly, perform tasks efficiently, and enjoy life to its fullest.

Health and Productivity

Good health directly correlates with productivity, an essential factor for economic prosperity. Healthy individuals contribute more effectively to their communities and workplaces, driving economic growth. On the contrary, poor health can lead to decreased productivity, increased healthcare costs, and a diminished quality of life. Thus, investing in health is akin to investing in wealth.

The Socio-Economic Dimensions of Health

Health is also a social determinant that can influence one’s socio-economic status. Individuals with poor health often face obstacles in education and employment, leading to a cycle of poverty and further health deterioration. Conversely, those with good health have better opportunities for upward mobility. Therefore, health and wealth are interdependent, each influencing the other.

Health, Lifestyle, and Choices

Health is not a static state but a dynamic process influenced by our lifestyle choices. Regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, adequate sleep, and stress management are key factors in maintaining good health. These healthy habits are an investment in our future, just as saving and investing money contribute to future wealth.

The Role of Public Health

Public health initiatives play a crucial role in promoting health and, by extension, wealth. They aim to prevent disease and promote health at a population level through policies, education, and interventions. Investment in public health not only saves lives but also contributes to economic stability by reducing healthcare costs and increasing productivity.

In conclusion, health is indeed wealth. It is the foundation of a fulfilling life and a thriving society. It influences our productivity, socio-economic status, and overall quality of life. By adopting healthy lifestyles and supporting public health initiatives, we can invest in our health, thereby creating wealth not just for ourselves, but for our communities and societies as well. As we navigate through the complexities of the 21st century, let us remember this timeless wisdom and strive to make health a priority in our personal lives and public policies.

Health is becoming more important in today’s life. Today the world is full of electronic gadgets and technologies which negatively affect our health. When people use electronics all the time, it makes them anxious and angry. Students suffer lots of diseases at an early age because they use computers, cell phones, and the Internet too much.

Today, people work hard to achieve success. But in this busy life, they forget to keep up with their health. Health is a word that means a person’s physical and mental health. No one in this world can help us when things go wrong. So, if our health is good, we can handle whatever bad things happen to us. Importance of Health

Without health, no one can stand or pay attention to anything. In this world, people need to stay healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally. If someone isn’t healthy, they will have health problems or other problems that will keep them from enjoying life.

A person in good physical and mental health can enjoy the world to the fullest and can handle life’s problems with great ease and comfort. A person who is healthy is more sure of himself, friendly, and active. A healthy person can make more money and reach their goals in life than an unhealthy person can.

To stay healthy, we need to eat well-balanced meals, do light exercises every day, get plenty of fresh air and clean water, get enough sleep and rest, keep our homes clean, get regular medical checkups, listen to our elders, parents, teachers, and so on.

Most importantly, cleanliness is a big part of living a healthy life. Everyone should wash their hands before eating. We should also take care of our personal hygiene. People who are older or who can’t do different kinds of physical activities can go for a walk. By following these practices we can keep our health in good shape.

Need for Good Health in the Modern Era

Today, people are using electronics more and more, and they don’t seem to care that they might hurt their health. It also has bad effects on children. With too much time spent on modern gadgets, kids are losing the most important thing, which is their health. When these things are used too much, they can cause cancer, loss of sight, weight gain, and trouble sleeping.

According to a study, people have more health problems at work because they can’t keep up with the workload or meet deadlines. This can cause mental illness, stress, fatigue, and anxiety, which can lead to serious health problems and poor growth. Therefore, good health is the need of time in this modern era.

Health is an invaluable treasure. Maintaining good health is of the utmost importance. We should eat homemade, healthy food instead of greasy, unhealthy snacks. By following healthy habits, we can remain healthy and happy. So, everyone should know that good health is a very important part of our lives if we want to be truly wealthy.

Importance of Maintaining Health

We reside in a speedy era where the Internet has drastically reduced distances and people are constantly connected. The norm is to multitask, attempting to meet our responsibilities for various aspects of life. In this struggle, we often overlook making time for ourselves, leading to increasing stress levels.

We may not realize the consequences until one day we face a major health issue, reminding us of the importance of taking care of ourselves. In contrast, in earlier times, life was simpler with moderate working hours, more physical activity from walking and domestic tasks, and a balanced lifestyle with home-cooked meals. However, modern conveniences like cars and household equipment have reduced physical exertion while the demand for longer working hours results in late nights and reliance on fast food. The lack of exercise and sunlight also contribute to unhealthy living conditions and increases the risk of various diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, and hypertension.

Therefore, it is crucial to prioritize our health just as much as our work by moderating our diet, exercising daily, and maintaining a balanced work-life schedule. Optimal physical and mental well-being leads to practical decision-making and ultimately contributes to success in life while also positively impacting our personality. It takes immense self-control to adopt healthy habits according to research

Prioritizing Health: Write Health Is Wealth Essay

“Health is not everything, but without health, everything else is nothing.” Albert Schweitzer

Well, it is needless to staying that staying healthy and living a healthy life should be our priority. After all, health is wealth. And by being healthy, I don’t just mean physical fitness; I mean physical and mental health. And there is something else directly related to having a healthy life: being happy. It is common to write health is wealth essay in English , but it is an important topic for spreading awareness.

This is the ultimate wealth of our life. You can work hard and earn a lot of money, but at the end of the day, your health means the most. If you are doing everything you are supposed to but ignoring your health, what is the point of having everything if you cannot enjoy it because of your ill health?

Staying healthy is a necessity for living. Good health is directly proportional to the food we consume, physical activity or exercise, personal hygiene, and the amount of rest we give our bodies. A healthy person reflects confidence, energy, and self-assurance. A healthy person examines a subject with calmness and steadiness.

How important is our mental health?

It is often seen that people ignore their mental health. They don’t even want to believe that it is essential to take care of it, or even for that matter, they are not ready to think that it is the most crucial factor. They get so busy with their lies that they ignore them. Making money and prioritizing job becomes their first preference.

How important is our mental health?

It is vital to work, keep yourself busy, and be dedicated. But that doesn’t mean that you have to ignore your mental health. The important fact is to keep a work-life balance and not work every hour of every day.

Some people work almost sixteen to eighteen hours a day, while others work seven days a week. Their primary focus is to earn money. These are the people who get mental health issues often. Well, this is not the only reason but one of them.

This much stress will not only make your body tired but your mind as well. Just make sure to keep two things different. Keep your work and personal life separate. When working in the office, give all your efforts; when you are at home, spend time with your family, read books, watch series, do whatever keeps you cheerful, and maintain a healthy routine.

Well, mental health can get affected because of many reasons. It is not always the stress of work that strains our mental health, so if you see some signs of mental health issues, get help. Initially, you can try talking to the person showing some symptoms, but if you feel they are deep into it, consult a psychologist, who will decide what kind of help they need. People tend to ignore mental health, which should never be ignored. Health is wealth.

Importance of physical health

To take care of everything else in our life, like work, family, and connecting with people, we often ignore our health until we collapse. We start caring for ourselves only when we get sick or something alarming happens.

How to take care of a child’s health

We only realize that health is wealth once we are in a hospital bed or going there for tests to determine what has gone wrong in our bodies. The human body is a machine; like every other machine, our body needs servicing, I mean care. But why take the risk? Why do we have to wait for the extreme to happen? Just be careful and take good care of your health.

And by taking good care of your health, I mean maintaining a proper diet, including and excluding food that your body needs and cannot take. Not only diet but doing some sort of regular exercise like going to the gym, doing yoga or pilates, or simply going for a walk or run every day.

But there have been instances where people have had a heart attack or fallen ill while exercising in the gym. People have lost their lives as well. So if you are going to the gym to exercise at home, it is better to consult an expert before doing so. Let them help you and tell you what is best for you.

Why you should exercise regularly?

Why you should exercise regularly

  • Exercise improves the condition of our lungs and heart. It helps them to function smoothly.
  • A walk can help you with your diabetes and cholesterol levels.
  • Exercise keeps blood pressure in check.
  • It helps in reducing stress.
  • It also improves your sleep quality.
  • It helps you to deal with stress.
  • Exercising every day can increase your productivity level.
  • It improves your immune system.

How to take care of a child’s health?

Caring for a baby’s health during their initial years is also important as it builds their immune systems. And not just as an infant when they are in school as well, as the pressure of studies can get to them and they do not always understand what is happening to them. The parents must check for signs their child shows of any kind of physical or mental illness.

How to take care of a child’s health

A child needs to engage in physical activities and mingle with other kids. But in the era of connectivity through the internet, they age, lacking communication among themselves. They no longer go out to play and keep their face buried in their cell phones. They are getting away from the real world more and more every day.

Writing a health is wealth essay in 150 words or writing health is wealth essay in 300 words is impossible because living a healthy life is a priority. What will you do with all the money that you have earned if you cannot enjoy your life and give all of that money to treatment? How will that make you feel? So why not be precocious from the beginning and take baby steps to achieve a healthy life?

Keep a balance between work and life and follow a routine every day. Obviously, some days it is okay to ignore that, leave everything behind, and have a cheat day. Just remember, if you are unhealthy, it will affect everything in your life. At the end of the day, health is wealth.

‘Health is Wealth’ is a commonly heard proverb, and it is rightly said because health is the most important aspect of our lives! When your child writes a paragraph on health, they learn about the importance of taking care of their body and mind. The essay writing process plays a vital role in your child’s development. When they are asked to write on a topic, they think about their ideas, improving their cognition. Then, they pen down those ideas on paper in short and simple sentences. Their basic grammar foundation strengthens in this way. The act of writing also helps develop your little one’s fine motor skills.

There are some key points your child needs to remember while writing an essay on health. Let us guide them stepwise in the journey to writing an essay on ‘Health is Wealth’:

  • In the first step, let your child imagine the ideas they want to write on the topic.
  • Let your child pen down the ideas, in the second step, to form an outline. It will help them to cover all the points while writing the paragraph.
  • Next, guide your child to form easy-to-read short and simple sentences from the outline.
  • Motivate your child not to get too deep describing any single idea. It will help them stick to the word limit.
  • Help your child write with the flow. That will make them cherish writing the essay.
  • Your child can mention the importance of health, what can one do to maintain good health, the consequences of not staying healthy, etc.

Health is a vital factor in our life, and the earlier we realise that, the better it is. Let us guide your child to write 10 lines on ‘health is wealth’ for class 1 and class 2 –

  • Health is the most important thing in our life.
  • Health is true wealth, and is more important than money!
  • Staying healthy means having a fit body and mind.
  • We should take care of our health every day.
  • To stay healthy, we should exercise.
  • For a healthy mind, we should meditate.
  • We should eat nutritious food.
  • We should avoid all kinds of packaged and junk foods even if they are tasty.
  • We should drink a lot of water.
  • We must take care of our health and only then will we be able to enjoy life.

When children understand the importance of health at an early stage, they are encouraged to adopt healthy habits since childhood. Writing about this in a small paragraph can be a challenge for young children. Let us help your child write a short essay on Health is Wealth essay in 200 to 250 words:

‘Health is Wealth’ is a popular proverb. It is very true because we must have good health to enjoy life. If we are not healthy, we won’t be able to do anything. We must stay healthy to have fun in life. We have to take care of our physical health and our mental health. Only then can we be truly healthy. To maintain good health, we must exercise regularly, eat healthy food, drink a lot of water, and stay active. Only if we practise this regularly, can we stay healthy. We also need to meditate and think positively to keep our minds healthy. Both our body and mind play equally important roles in keeping us healthy. We must also know about some other factors that affect our health. We should avoid packaged and junk food. We must eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. We should also keep ourselves and our surroundings clean. Along with other things, a proper amount of rest is also important to stay healthy. We must sleep for 7-8 hours every night. We can stay healthy when we follow all these things together.

As children grow older, they are expected to write their ideas more articulately. They will have to express their thoughts in detail, supporting the points they write about the importance of health. Let us help your child write an interesting essay on ‘health is wealth’ for class 3:

‘Health is Wealth’ is a very important proverb. We should always remember this, and it should be our mantra in life. True wealth is our health and not money or properties. We may be extremely rich, have a good job or business, and own huge houses and lands, but all of it becomes meaningless if we don’t have good health. Only if we are fit and healthy can we enjoy life. Good health helps us make efforts and work hard. We can also help others. For all aspects of life, we need to stay healthy.

Staying healthy means being both physically and mentally fit. To stay physically fit, we must exercise and remain physically active. To stay mentally healthy, we should meditate and think positively in every situation. Our food habits also play a very important role in maintaining good health. We should eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Drinking adequate water is also very important. It will strengthen our immunity and make us strong. We should avoid packaged foods. They are loaded with chemicals. We should also avoid junk food. They do not give us any nutrition and cause health problems like diabetes and obesity. Instead, we must eat homemade food full of nutrition. They are always wholesome and hygienic and help us remain fit and healthy.

Health is similar to money, in the sense that we understand the true value of it only after we lose it. We can’t get back the money once lost. Luckily, we can get back our health if we work on it. We have to make an effort to stay healthy. Being active is very important. It is also important that we rest, but laziness is our enemy. So we should know when we are resting or relaxing and when we are being lazy. We need a sound sleep for 7-8 hours every night, preferably at a fixed time. Spending too much time on phones or any other gadget is also not good for our health. Sitting in front of a screen will affect both our body and mind negatively. So, it is important that we limit the use of gadgets and instead play outdoor games with our friends under the open skies. The refreshing fresh air and physical activity act as a treat for our mind and body.

Cleanliness also plays an important role to keep us healthy. We should keep ourselves and our surroundings clean and hygienic. Having a proper bath every day, brushing our teeth twice a day, and washing our mouth after eating food are important daily practices. We should also wash our hands and feet whenever we return home from outside. All these habits together lead to good health. We must stick to these practices with consistency and discipline. These steps will also help us stay healthy in old age. Our body and our mind will be our companions throughout life. So we should take care of them to be happy.

When your child writes a composition on health, they realise the value of staying healthy. They become aware of the practices they should embrace to stay healthy. When good habits are formed at a tender age, they stay even after your child grows up. Essay writing will help improve your little one’s creative writing skills. It will also increase their vocabulary.

We hope the above examples will help your child frame a beautiful composition on ‘Health is Wealth’. It will help your child expand their ideas and write a paragraph on their own. Your little one will also realise the importance of health through the process of reading and writing the essay.

Essay on Health is Wealth

essay writing topic health is wealth

There is no doubt that health is wealth. If a wealthy person is not healthy, he cannot enjoy life. On the other hand, a poor man with good health can enjoy his life.

A rich man without good health can not enjoy a good sleep. He cannot eat proper food. He has to live with precautions and preventions. On the other hand, a poor but healthy man enjoys life better.

He works hard and enjoys sound sleep. He suffers from no disease. He does not spend sleepless and restless nights. Therefore, it is better to have good health.

We can enjoy food, work hard to have sound sleep and can find happiness in our life. Thus, a poor but healthy man is better than a rich but sick man.

Health is the biggest wealth for a human being in his/her entire lifetime. One can survive without excess money but can’t survive without good health. Health is something that we can’t buy with money but we can take care of it and we can cure it when needed with the help of the money. If a person is not having good health, he will not be able to enjoy his/her life to the fullest. Money doesn’t make a person rich and happy but good health does. Moreover, a person can’t feel complete and happy without good health.

speech on health is wealth

Good health is one of the main elements of happiness that a person needs in his/her life. We can see various people around us that are happy without having a lot of money. However, they are happy because they have good health and they enjoy their lives. We can also see many people that are having a lot of money and are rich enough to buy anything they want but still, they are not totally happy. Moreover, they are not satisfied with their lives. The reason behind the sadness of the rich people is mostly that they don’t have good health and they worry about this thing a lot. However, they can’t buy good health with their money.

How to get a Healthy Life?

Generally, a healthy lifestyle is the highest blessing that we should not take for granted. It is the main source of all the happiness in someone’s life. Money can help you in buying all the luxuries in this world but it cannot buy you good health. A person is totally responsible for his\her health and he\she has to take care of his\her health in all the possible ways by avoiding a few things and by adopting some new and good habits that lead to a healthy life. So, for well-being and happiness, it is important to switch to a healthy lifestyle.

Finally, we all are aware that our health is the most important wealth that we have. We know that we can earn money if once we lose it, but we can’t get back our good health easily if we lose it due to carelessness. Health is the only wealth we are born with and we even die with our health. So make a healthy lifestyle a priority.
