In this modern era of nonstop scientific and technological advancement, artists still command profound respect from people worldwide. There are a number of things about life that the arts can teach us that science and technology fail to do so.

Many forms of art, especially literature, can deliver messages about the appreciation of what we have in life as well as life itself. Hundreds of literary works choose to depict misery, misfortune, and sorrow that still exist in many places, and this sends the strongest message to those who do not appreciate their lives. “The Goldfinch”, for example, which narrates a resonant story about the miserable life the main character led after the unfortunate death of his mother does make each one of us wonder whether we have become heartless toward our own loved ones. And I doubt that there are any technologies in the world that could manage to convey such powerful messages .

Arts teach us to cherish the beauty of culture and are t he fuel for our spiritual lives . This is extremely important in a world where science and technology seem to fade our belief in the gravity of culture in daily life. The connection between arts and culture is here to stay, and traditional music and ancient paintings can remind us of where we came from and who we are at present. That is to say, our cultural identity is preserved in various forms of art.

Although science and technology advance our understanding of all things and better our lives , arts can touch us to a much deeper extent , help us value what we have, and remind us of the significance of our culture.

The strides and incredible advances science has made today is greater and mightier than ever before. However, art and culture are distinct niches altogether that can’t ever be overshadowed by the pace science has been moving forthwith and that is why artists are profoundly acknowledged and revered.

The essence of art and culture dates back to as long as human civilization has ever existed. The murals and paintings of Ajanta Ellora caves by themselves steadfast in the presence of art for a long time. It is undeniably true and inevitably essential that human brains as reportedly so, can’t execute well without the secretion of Dopamine, Oxytocin, Endorphins and serotonin, which are indeed triggered by art and music. In fact, as compared to the medications and antidepressants used for people undergoing hypertension and depression or other relevant mental anomalies, music has often be touted much more efficacious with no side effects at all.

Poetry, painting, narration, literature too, as a matter of fact, are unparalleled with regards to expounding and depicting human emotions, which can never be superseded by technologies ever. People often consider literature or other nuance of culture as slightly unpragmatic, which is a completely irrational argument. Intellectual demonstration of agony, euphoria, melancholy or exhilaration, is in no way, impractical. The folk tales, bedlams and even religion is one way or the other, related to the subtlety of art itself. Hence, is undoubtedly essential.

Conclusively, it may be stated that though science could say a lot about “What is life?”, however, it fails to impart “How to live?”, which is aptly and had always been in the past, entailed by art and culture.

In today’s world of advanced science and technology, we still greatly value our artists such as musicians, painters and writers. What can arts tell us about life that science and technology cannot?

In today’s era, people are much more rational than before as the advent of remarkable digital tools result from the feats of science and technology such as AI and digital machine have improved people’s life dramatically and people tend to make more informed decision owing to the augmentation of AI-based applications. On the other hand, gradually, the presence of arts and literature fade away as the contribution of poets, artists, and musicians is not highly appreciated. In fact, arts can teach us some essential values which technology cannot replicate.

As an origin, the artists tend to deliver inherent messages through their artworks. It provides emotional appeal to others if someone who is adept at interpreting art may acknowledge the exact values that author wants to convey. Nevertheless, as many people do not understand art thoroughly, people are failed to capture the lessons or values that can be applied to real life setting. Meanwhile, there are some learnt beliefs or values that people could not experience as these instilled values might be useful for the human development. For instance, by listening to Mozart’s music, someone can understand the authentic emotion of the composer at that moment and here is where building empathy originating. Besides, the word usage and a variety of expressive words used by the ancient writes describes the feelings and emotional states of the individual. Therefore, social values can be cultivated through the proper interpretation of arts.

Furthermore, arts and literary works enable individual to unleash one’s creativity as someone stimulates his neural networks to gain inspiration by attending a classical music concert. As a fact, the innovation always starts from how people imitate other’s pieces of work and improvise the work into a masterpiece. Apart from improvisation, the understanding of arts also aids in the psychological therapy. A good example is the psychologist is predicting the emotional and mental state of an individual through patient’s drawings. Apart from that, people tend to stay calm when they listen to slow rhythm music. With regards to that, it shows that a good music helps in the relaxation process and heals someone’s soul eventually as each person’s emotion is reverberating to how music plays in his or her ears. Therefore, a good grasp of art or music knowledge certainly helps in curing people’s emotional illness. Owing to music therapy, it is more effective than conventional treatment and medications to get rid someone from depression.

In conclusion, there are unthinkable benefits that art can contribute to the society evolution. It is our responsibility to fathom our life origins regardless of cultures, races, traditions, costumes, and nations. Without presence of art, our cultural identity does not exist. Hence, arts and culture study should be inserted into the school curriculum as we need to know the past to predict the future.

It is with no doubt that the credit for the advancement of human civilization from the stone age to the digital era that we live in today can be accounted to the developments in science and technology. However , our intellectual development can only be attributed to myriad art forms be it in the past or present. Technology may have made homo sapiens superior to any living being on earth but it is unequivocal that it is art which makes us all humane. Regions across the world are united by ballads , different kinds of dance forms, exemplary literature etc . Although we all be significantly different from one another , we all come together to appreciate the beauty of art as art and its beauty is universal . The benefits bestowed on us by technology may be numerous such as it has made cross country trade easier , communication faster , developed social standards in general although what still remains in this modern era is the primitive art forms which dates back to millions of years ago and still holds its place in today’s world. Art makes us ponder on various issues such as misery , love , genocide ,beauty etc which makes us rethink our whole values which forms the whole basis of our existence . A presentation on World War II may be made available by a desktop and transmitted to a wide range of people via the internet where by the statistics of the number of people who died and the places of where each mishap happened can be stated as facts However in order to invoke in the minds of people the feelings of hardships and suffering that was faced by those Jews back then could only be conveyed maybe by a film , a musical composition or a book written on it. Therefore as much as we can go on and on about how technology has transformed the way how we live what we must not forget is that it is art which makes us stay grounded to our roots from where we came from and makes living worthwhile.

The world has seen a lot of changes & transformation since the ‘Renaissance Man’ to the present age ‘Information Man’. Science and technology have not left even the Moon untouched but the one common thing that has remained constant and lingered around is the world of ‘Art’.

Over the years science and technology has shown the world many advancements. Be it the invention of electricity or the internet, or the development of vaccines to advanced medicines but one thing which art can teach us, which science and technology can never do and that one thing is telling us about life.

Art can teach us many valuable lessons of life. It tells us about how varied has been our culture. This is well demonstrated and documented in the performing arts over the years. Art teaches us about values, principles and ethics in life which no science or technology can teach us. Through the ancient scriptures and dance forms we have been able to get a glimpse of our ancient history and civilisations, the way of life during the golden era, an era which has taught us many values which are prevalent even to this day. Had it not been for ‘Arts’, human race would have long wiped them and forgotten them.

The symphonies of yester years are cherished even now. Famous symphonies of Beethowen have not lost their relevance till now. Such soothing music, which is again a piece of art tells us to slow down and enjoy every moment of the this wonderful life.

It is said that painting can be a great stress buster. If we had forgotten this beautiful expression in our mad race to advancements, we would have by now become robots and not remained humans. I firmly believe that it is only due to ‘Arts’ which has kept the ‘Human’ in us alive so far.

Thus to conclude I would like to reiterate that ‘Art’ can teach us many valuable life lessons which ‘Science and technology’ cannot and hence the importance of ‘Art’ in our lives.

The essays in International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exams come with specific themes and topics that aspirants have to write on. IELTS essay on Art and Culture   is one of the common topics that you can practice while preparing for the IELTS exam. The minimum word limit for it is 250 words, while there is no upper limit. Candidates should aim to complete the essays within a maximum of 40 minutes.

Why Should Current Education Models Include Art and Culture?

Art is so much more than a medium of expression. While it helps local craftspeople promote their creativity and culture, developing synergy between different communities is essential. Beyond culture, art also promotes people's cognitive abilities and critical skills, especially in children. If art is excluded from the academic curriculum, a child will face difficulties adapting to new cultures and environments. 

Art helps the younger generation adopt a diverse opinion set and successfully influences people towards the roots of society. It is also scientifically proven that art can help in reducing interdisciplinary actions, increasing attendance, and helping kids respond better in classrooms. However, some people can argue against the cause by replacing art lessons with academic concepts. In my opinion, eliminating art from school programs is another way to invite trouble and make education boring. With art, kids have the opportunity to bond with each other and creatively present their ideas. 

It is believed that children have gifted creative abilities, and regular art lessons can help stimulate their intellect. In the earlier stages of life, kids often find it challenging to catch up with linguistic capabilities and problem-solving skills. However, art helps simplify basic concepts, thus strengthening their overall academic acumen. It does not mean that academics should entirely be replaced by art. Both entities are equally important and must be essential for school coursework. However, if taught together, academics and art can bring a new change in a kid's life by giving them a healthy balance of all subjects. 

Apart from academic development, art is also linked to improved emotional intelligence in children. All art forms help stimulate emotions and present 21st-century educators with an innovative way to help kids think better. Teachers can also use art to explain scientific topics in an improved manner. For example, kids are more likely to learn basic mathematics if they see diagrammatic representation rather than just writing numbers on their notebooks. 

To conclude, we can say that schools must include art in the coursework. While some people believe it will distract and poorly affect kids' grades, it is not entirely true. Art helps kids connect with their culture at the root level and brings a sense of belonging. Overall, students can also express their values more clearly, thus making it easy for parents and teachers to track their progress.

More and More People are Turning Towards Technology and Business. How and Why should we Promote Art and Culture?

Art has presented a medium for different cultures to express their values and connect. As a result, we come across an array of art forms all across the globe. All these forms are interrelated and possess similarities and dissimilarities. While art has played a crucial role in connecting society, we also notice more people turning to science, technology, and business sectors. 

This shift in priorities can be attributed to the lack of basic infrastructure and an everlasting need to improve the lifestyle. People believe that art is a mere expression form and not a means of adding value and character to their lives. While it is easy to admire a canvas painting or a marble sculpture, it does not improve the way our society operates. For example, a science degree is likely to get a well-paid job in a multinational corporation compared to an art degree. However, it is not entirely true. Art has given most communities a way to sustain their cultural values. Additionally, it has also been a source of revenue for underprivileged communities and resulted in their cultural and financial empowerment. Therefore, authorities must take the proper steps to promote and revive gradually disappearing art forms. 

Government can take the much-needed steps to promote art by organizing cultural events and opening more national galleries. A formal acknowledgment and celebration of the art form will help create more awareness of the cause. 

While technology has presented people with a way to connect, it has also created a more extensive community divide by acting as a two-edged sword. Art can help fill that void and bring together a larger proportion of people. Technology has made all forms of content more accessible. It has ultimately resulted in shorter attention spans. But with the promotion of art and culture at the root level, we can expect more development in our cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills. 

In conclusion, we can safely say that art is losing popularity and importance as it does not help people scale their careers. However, there is a growing need for the promotion of art. It helps us connect to our cultural roots and presents us with a way to express our thoughts and ideas. Government should focus on allotting a separate budget for the art and culture sector and provide more job opportunities in the same field.

Importance of Art in Society: IELTS Essay Sample for IELTS Writing Task 2 Explained for Band 8

In IELTS Writing Task 2, you will be asked for various kinds of essays. Opinion Essay, Argumentative Essay, Advantages/Disadvantages (Pros/Cons) Essay, Problem & Answer Essay, and Mixed Essay are included in this. The form of essay demanded must be identified and your answers are written accordingly. When responding, you are supposed to use your talents, knowledge and examples.

You are expected to answer a basic question in mission 2. To be more precise, IELTS Writing Task 2 allows you to compose at least 250 words of an essay on a given subject. Although not to forget, the mission is constrained by time. You are given 40 minutes to address the given subject skillfully in your own words and without any errors, obviously. To conclude, since both are advantageous in their own respects, it is very important to find a balance between art and academia. Studies offer an incentive to explore professional careers if the arts provide a forum to openly share one’s creativity. In my view, though, it’s not a good thing to explore art at the expense of other subjects. Finally, I think that all students would be less likely to be interested in studying conventional subjects. It is imperative that a substantial proportion of students learn art subjects in order to have a balanced culture. We need as many physicians, engineers and physicists as we need writers, painters, singers, historians and media practitioners.

100 IELTS Essay Topics for IELTS Writing

Let me start by saying that by far the best resource for authentic IELTS essay topics are the Cambridge 1 – 13 books. These are real past IELTS exam papers and, therefore, provide students with the highest quality questions for all parts of the test. However, what do you do if you have finished the Cambridge books? Or you struggle with one particular type of question and want a lot of that specific type of practise?

Well, until now, people have relied on questions that were “memorised” by test-takers(often incorrectly), or written by well-meaning teachers who have no specific education in test creation. As a result, many of the “IELTS questions” on the Internet are worded incorrectly. And, as a professional exam writer ( yes, I work creating academic exams for universities ), I know how damaging it can be if even one word in a question is changed.

So, today I am sharing my list of 100 IELTS writing topics. Some are taken from old exam papers, a few are from the Cambridge books, but most are from my own course .  More importantly, I can guarantee that each of these questions is as “authentic” as a question can be.  Have fun (and let me know your favourite question in the comments!)

IELTS Discuss Both Views and Give your Own Opinion Writing Topics

• Some people think that illegal Internet downloads are having a negative effect on the music   industry . Others feel that they have little or no impact on artists. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
•   Some people think that exams are a good way of assessing a student’s level . Other people believe that they put unnecessary pressure on young learners and tell us very little about their actual ability.  Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
• Successful sportsmen can earn a great deal more than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it is unfair. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
• Some people feel that there should be a fixed punishment for each type of crime . Others feel that the circumstances of an offence should be taken into account when deciding on a punishment. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

• Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, prefer to take risks and think that change is a positive thing. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
• Some people think that boys and girls should attend school together . Others feel that they should be educated separately. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.
• Some people feel that  global warming should be dealt with by governments. Others feel that it is the responsibility of individuals in society to solve the problem. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
• Some people think that all university students should study whatever they like . Others believe that they should only be allowed to study subjects that will be useful in the future, such as those related to science and technology. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Best Way IELTS Essay Topics

•   One of the biggest problems facing the world today is growing enough food to feed the ever-expanding population .  Genetically Modified foods are the best way to solve this issue . To what extent do you agree or disagree?

• In many countries, the level of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?
• People today are spending more and more time outside of the home . What are the reasons for this trend? What effects is it having on individuals and society?
• In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry . Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem?
• People today know fewer of their neighbours  than in the past. Why is this? What can be done to solve this problem?
• The quality of life in many large cities is currently becoming worse. Why is this? What measures can be introduced to tackle this issue?
• Many people have jobs that involve working shifts (i.e. working at night). What are some of the problems that shift workers might face? What can be done to solve them?

IELTS Advantages and Disadvantages Essay Topics

• Thanks to low-cost airlines , many people can travel abroad.  What advantages and disadvantages do tourists bring to the countries they visit?
• People today are able to take out loans from the bank or get a credit card very easily. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this practice?
• Many people use the Internet as their main educational resource . What are the advantages and disadvantages of this practice?
• In some countries, teenagers have part-time jobs while they are still at school. What benefits does this bring a child? Are there any drawbacks?
• Schools in some countries require their students to wear a uniform . What are the positives and negatives of this rule?

One of the most important things you should do in an IELTS essay is support your argument with relevant examples. But what are good examples for an IELTS essay ? – well, let me give you a clue: they do NOT include fake statistics and they are NOT personal! 

Outweigh Advantages and Disadvantages Essay Topics

• Being a celebrity – such as a film star or singer – brings problems as well as benefits. Do you think that being a celebrity brings more benefits or more problems?
• As a country develops, more people are able to purchase a car . Do you think that the positive for the individual outweigh the negatives for the environment?
• Many museums charge an admission fee  while others are free. Do you think that the advantages of charging admission to museums outweigh the disadvantages?
• Today, it is common to see famous sports people advertising sports products . Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?
• More and more people are choosing to eat ready-made meals rather than freshly cooked food. Does this trend have more advantages than disadvantages?

Positive or Negative Development IELTS Essay Topics

•   Many parents today employ private tutors   to teach their children after school hours.  Do you think this is a positive or negative development?
• Today, more people are waiting until their thirties to get married and have children .  Do you think this is a positive or negative development?
• In recent years, many small local shops have closed   because customers travel to large shopping centres or malls to do their shopping.  Do you think this is a positive or negative development?
• Countries are becoming more and more similar   because people are able to buy the same products anywhere in the world.  Do you think this is a positive or negative development?
• Nowadays  many people communicate using social media .  Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

• Some students who perform badly at school   go on to have very successful lives as adults. What qualities are needed to do well at school? Are these the same qualities that help people succeed later in life?
• 100 years ago, it was felt that the human race was making progress in all areas of life . Nowadays, there is less certainty that this is the case. In what areas do you think that the most progress has been made so far?  In what area are more things needed to be done?
• Many people believe that globalisation is leading to the culture of individual countries being lost . What can be done to protect a society’s traditional values?
• Children often complain that history lessons are boring because they are about a past that is dead. How can schools bring history alive for pupils?

I hope you now better understand what is the difference between the various types of art. Now let’s discuss some other words connected with art. Let’s start with watercolor . Firstly it’s a pigment used with water to create paintings. Secondly a watercolor is a painting created with watercolors.

Example: Watercolors are ideal for landscape painting.

You probably heard the word sketch when discussing some projects, but in art it is a quick informal drawing to capture the essentials of an object.

Example: Sketches are often done in ink or charcoal.

• portrait – is a portrayal of a person showing the person’s face (could be a drawing, a photograph, or a sculpture). Example: Some people say that artists merely paint self-portraits as it solves the problem of having to find a model.
• landscape – is a work of art that features a scene of land or countryside (in other words nature) Example: Landscapes can range from oil paintings to gauche and pastels.
• still-life painting – is a painting featuring anything that does not move. Example:Still-life art was common in the ancient world.
• oil painting – is a technique of painting with oil paints. The second meaning is a picture painted with oil paints. Example: Fat over lean is one of the fundamental concepts of oil painting.
• figurative art – is any type of art that accurately represents an image from the real world. Example: Figurative art has a history as long as the history of representation itself.
• contemporary art – a bit controversial term. The easy definition is contemporary to us. It means that it has been created during our lifetimes. Usually contemporary art refers to artworks made after 1970 by still living artists. Example: Anything can be done in contemporary art, because there is no set way to create this modern art style.

Now let’s talk about which art styles exist.

• Realism – an artistic movement attempting to portray the lives of ordinary people and their environments Example: Realism, also known as the Realist school, was a mid nineteenth century art movement.
• Abstract art is a genre of art which does NOT depict a person, place, or thing in the natural world. Objects are often simplified or distorted. Example: Abstract art might look as if it were simple to create, with a splash of paint here and a brush stroke there.

Another artistic style is impressionism – a style in which the artist captures the image of an object as someone would see it if they just caught a glimpse of it. In other words, it’s about the artist’s impression. Example: Manet significantly influenced the development of impressionism .

When talking about art many people talk about harmony . Harmony is a pleasing combination or arrangement of things. For instance, a harmony of colors. Example: Once you understand the basics of color theory, you can start learning how to combine colors into a colorful harmony.

Apart from harmony it’s important to know what composition is. It is the organization of the elements of design in an art work done according to principles of design. Example: Composition rules provide a starting point for deciding on a composition for painting.

Now let’s discuss what the principles of design are.

One of them is unity.

Unity is the coherence of an artwork. Unity allows us to feel that all parts of the piece work together.

In general the principles of design refer to the ways in which artists organize the visual elements of art. Traditionally they include: balance, emphasis, contrast, unity, movement, and rhythm.

Quite interesting, isn’t it?! Now let’s move on. What trait of character do you think is important to have to create works of art? That’s right, creativity! Creativity is using imagination rather than imitating something.

Example: Creative people are able to look at things and situations in novel ways and from different angels and perspectives.

Another important phrase is focal point, which is the center of interest or activity in a work of art.

Example: A painter can emphasize a focal point through the composition, color or the range of tones used.

I have also added some very useful art related terms and phrases.

They all have definitions. Look through them and try to memorize and use them in a context.

Additional vocabulary

• Aesthetics – the study of beauty;
• Pattern – a principle of art which means the repetition of elements;
• Motif – a repeated pattern, often creating a sense of rhythm;
• A culture vulture – someone who is very interested in art and culture;
• art gallery / exhibits – place where pieces of art are displayed;
• curator – a person who is in charge of the things in a art gallery, museum, etc.
• artifact – a simple object (such as a tool or weapon) that was made by people in the past;
• masterpiece – a person’s greatest peace of work;
• heritage – the traditions, achievements, beliefs, etc., that are part of the history of a group or nation;
• philistine – a person who is guided by materialism and is usually disdainful of intellectual or artistic values;
• visual metaphor – visual pattern or object.

IELTS TOPIC: Art Exhibition

Things to consider:

• The first question to ask yourself is: What is art? Can you name 5 types of art?
• You can make up a topic , as long as it makes sense. Not every person likes to visit galleries, and that's all fine. Imagine that you have visited some kind of gallery and describe 2-3 pieces of art (paintings, photographs, etc.)
• You can begin your talk in Part 2 with what types of art you like and dislike ( just not too long, try to end that beginning in 20-30 seconds)

Part 2: Sample Answer

Right… So, I’m not a massive fan of art. At least not in the traditional form of art – paintings or sculptures. I believe in the past people used to admire these pieces of art because they were fewer and there was no internet to show how much art there was all around the world. Nowadays, there are millions of websites with so much art out there, that it’s difficult for me to value art . It all looks great and professional . Because of this reason, I don’t visit that many art galleries . What fascinates me the most is actually architecture and building design . Anyway, I’ll tell you about a small private exhibition that I visited a few years ago.

At first, I explain my feelings about art for about 20-30 seconds.

My sister is an artist. At the moment she is doing a lot of digital art , children’s books illustrations , digital assets design , VR world design and even works on a small video game with her company. But of course, as an artist she does hand draw from time to time and has made a few paintings in the past. So at the time, 3 years ago I believe, she collected her best drawings, sketches and paintings , and made an art exhibition, with the help of a friend. It was all about her, and I remember it clearly because I was just back home from China when it happened.

Starting the topic with the artist (my sister), the art types and the exhibition.

In terms of what… she had the usual art pieces I would say. Some paintings of animals in their natural environment – a panda eating bamboo, a tiger hiding in the bushes , some sketches of people, nude bodies of men and women sitting together, and some abstract shapes and colors mixed in some unknown magical way … As you can see, I don’t understand much about art, but it was fantastic nonetheless .

Ever since I heard that she will make an exhibition, I was filled with joy , pride and curiosity . I had seen her artworks before, but I didn’t know how other people would react – would they like her style or simply shrug about it . I was very proud and felt this heartwarming feeling when I saw how full the event was and how curious and interested people were with my sister’s creative ability . She is a great artist and I will follow her artistic development .

Sentence starters and Linking words

Vocabulary related to the topic, part 3 questions.

In this part we continue to discuss the topic of art and different opinions about art. Make sure you mention different types of art in the different questions.

Examiner:   Do people have different opinions about art? Why?

Think about young people.

• Young people love all sorts of new type of art. There are many big fans of comic books and manga . Many love and even spend money for digital art , and a lot of young love playing video games and explore virtual realities . All of these are types of art.

Think about the old

• Older people and people from the earlier generation do not understand modern art and cannot appreciate a video game as a piece of art. They like more traditional art pieces like famous paintings , sculptures and architecture .

Examiner:   Why are some artworks expensive?

Art is an investment.

• Rare pieces of art are unique and because of that they can be sold for a lot. On top of that, reselling the same art piece in 10 or 20 years will bring much more than it was originally bought for. So art can be an amazing investment , as it mostly grows in value .

• It is a little known fact that rich millionaires and billionaires buy up tons of art because art is not taxed . If you want to take your money out of a country, this is one of the easiest ways. Just buy some art pieces, take them out and sell them abroad without paying any tax.

Passion for art.

• Some people are just passionate about art. For them, they collect the art pieces and sort of help the society by preserving  that art. There are rich investors who buy a lot of art and then borrow it to big national art galleries for people to see.

Know about an artist

• Some collectors have a special connection with an artist. They follow that artist in his life, or study abut that artist their whole life. At some point they begin to want to own art pieces from that artist. 

I already mentioned earlier about the tax evasion scheme . This is one of the main reasons but let’s consider that it’s not the only reason. Some people are passionate about art or an artist. Maybe, they got to know that artist or learned about his life. If they have the money, they could afford to buy some of that persons’ artworks. Of course, if we are talking about famous paintings, they would cost millions and millions of dollars . The good thing about this is that the art price will only rise in the future, and so these people follow their passion , but also make a smart investment that will pay off .

Art represents emotions.

• The different colors used in art can show emotions. For example, using a lot of light colors like orange, pink, red, yellow can show positive feelings like love , friendship , happiness and more. Oppositely, gray, back, dark blue colors can give people negative feelings like sadness , depression or despair .

Art represents hopes and dreams

• Many artist create art pieces related to how they see the word , the world changing and maybe even the world in the future. They use their imagination to draw , sculpt or write about important problems or social issues that bother them in society now and in the future.
