Please submit your E-Poster as a PDF file in landscape orientation.
- File Format: PDF file – 1 page is recommended
- Orientation: Please create your document in PowerPoint in Landscape Layout 16×9 and Save it as a PDF file
- Font types: Times New Roman
- Font size: > 11
- Hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and embedded videos are not permitted
- Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good picture quality is essential.
- When inserting images, photos, tables, etc., use copy-paste. Do not use embedded documents
- Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only the final view/status will be visible
- When saving your PDF please do not use symbols or special characters (i.e., +/@/ü) in the file name

Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees, due to any reason whatsoever.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Transportation
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
Press/Media
Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies Ltd is an objective third-party non-profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.
Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact [email protected] to request a personalized letter of invitation.
Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrant’s account.
Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration
Cancellation Policy
If we cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
Postponement
If the event is postponed for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid only if you inform prior to two months of the conference. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement. With respect to covid-19, if the conference will be held virtually and if you paid extra amount, we would transfer the amount to the next conference so that you will be able to attend.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected] Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
Allied Academies Ltd will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Allied Academies Ltd , including the inability to obtain a visa.
Refund Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy in following slabs-
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Allied Academies Ltd will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
The official language of the conference is English.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster presenters are expected to prepare a printed poster and to bring it to the venue.
Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference and viewed mostly during the lunch break. Presenters are encouraged to stay close to their poster in the following times corresponding with the poster number assigned to their presentation: On Friday, 23 September (12:50 - 14:20), in POSTER SESSION A, posters from the following topics will be presented: P01: Neuromuscular Diseases P02: Muscle Plasticity P03: Signal Transduction P04: Muscle Structure On Saturday, 24 September (13:00 - 14:20), in POSTER SESSION B, posters from the following topics will be presented: P05: Cardiac Diseases P07: EC Coupling On Sunday, 25 September (13:10 - 14:20), in POSTER SESSION C, posters from the following topics will be presented: P06: Cardiomyopathy P08: Mechanisms of Contraction P09: Muscle Growth and Homeostasis in Health and Disease Young researchers applying for the Marcus C. Schaub Award are expected to stay close to their poster in the corresponding times to meet with the Award Committee.

Prepare your material beforehand so that it fits the space available and can be easily attached to the board. Thin cardboard is more suitable than paper. The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials.
Poster mounting and removing
You should bring your poster with you in the print form already to the conference site.
You can put up your poster on Thursday, 22 September, at 17:00.
Each poster board will have a specific number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster presentation. Should you need any assistance with the poster display, we will happily assist you in the registration area.
Posters should be removed on the last day of the conference (Monday, 26 September).

Poster Competition
Student Poster Competition is organized at Conference Series , to encourage students and recent graduates to present their original research which will be later published in the International Journals. All accepted abstracts will be presented at the poster sessions during the conference. Conference Series aims at setting a platform for all the budding scientists and researchers to present their real-time work and share their views and aspects related to the theme of the conference.
Instructions & Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Eligibility.
- This competition is open to all students (Graduates, Post Graduates and Research Scholars not above the age of 35).
- Presenters who do not wish to participate or those who are not eligible for the competition are also welcome to present their poster at the conference.
- The abstract submission deadline for poster competition will be closed one month before the conference date (this is subject to change), hence all are requested to submit their abstracts well in advance.
- The abstract should include complete details of the contestant (e.g., abstract title, name, affiliation, abstract and biography etc). For sample template, please Click Here
- Abstracts have to be submitted through online or by email. Shortlisted abstracts for the competition will be intimated through email and those will be displayed on the website as well.
- If the registered author/poster presenter is unable to attend the conference he/she may send a substitute who can be a co-author (or) any member from the same institution. If the winner is a substitute, he/she will be awarded and not the registered author/contestant.
- Opportunity for young researchers to learn about the research areas of their peers to increase their capacity as multidisciplinary researchers.
- All shortlisted poster presenters have to be registered before the deadline of abstract submission.
Judging Criteria
- The judgment will be done by Board of Jury.
- When the competition is being conducted, each participant should be ready in front of his/her poster to answer all questions from the judges.
- The judges will come to your poster during poster presentations. The presentation schedule will be informed to you once the program is finalized. However, preliminary schedule will be informed to you one month before the conference.
- You will be given about 5-7 minutes to present your poster including questions and answers. Judges may pose questions during the evaluation of the poster.
- Judges will even evaluate the student's enthusiasm towards their study, interest and knowledge in the area of their research.
- There may be more than one judge to evaluate the posters.
- The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the conference. The decision of the winner will be withdrawn if the winner/winners is/are not present at the time of announcement.
- Apart from the judging time you may also be present at the poster to share your research with interested delegates.
- The judge’s decision will be final and no clarification will be given.
Posters promoting marketing and sales of products will not be accepted. (In case your poster is not selected you will receive an e-mail notification).

Visuals & Text
- Present numerical data in the form of graphs, rather than tables (graphs make trends in the data much more evident).If data must be presented in table-form, Keep it Simple.
- Visuals should be simple and bold.
- Avoid acronyms and extensive mathematical notations as much as possible.
- Posters with 800 words or less are perfect. Avoid submitting compactly packed, high word-count posters.
- Organize your poster into subdivisions, e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and Literature Cited (avoid using too many citations).
- Use bright colors to enhance the detail.
- Text should be readable from five feet distance.
- Besides your project, the text could also include future research plans or questions.
- Each poster should be approximately 1x1 M long.
- The title, contents and the author’s information should be clearly visible from a distance of 1-2 feet.
The selection of the winner will be based on:
- The clarity of poster and oral presentations.
- Your overall responses to the questions of the judges and the completeness of work

The OR Manager Conference Poster Gallery provides a forum for presenting completed research or in-progress research with preliminary results. It is an opportunity to present research, performance improvement projects, or clinical practice innovations visually using graphs, illustrations, or photographs. We strive to promote communication and collaborative research among nurses, provide a setting for exchange of information and lessons learned, and explore advances in perioperative clinical practice.
