There is no obligation other than to attend the host resort's 120-minute vacation ownership sales presentation during your stay. The resort presentation will include a fun and informational tour of the host resort's property that will explain the benefits of vacation ownership.

Your accommodations will be at Mare St. Clair Hotel in Isla Verde, Carolina, Puerto Rico area, and your 120-minute sales presentation will be at Mare St. Clair Hotel. Once your reservation is confirmed by the host resort, you will be sent an email confirmation that provides the location of the welcome center where you will check in and your sales presentation.

Promotional Qualifications :

I understand that I am required to attend a 120-minute resort preview sales presentation to receive this discounted rate.

You must be a married or cohabitating couple. Both partners must check-in and attend the presentation together and the one must be between the ages of 30 and 72 (Married and Cohabitating couples must provide government issued ID's with matching addresses of residence). Single women must be between the ages of 30 and 72.

You and your spouse must have a combined annual income of $50,000 U.S. Dollars or greater. Single females must have an annual income of at least $50,000. Child support, alimony, disability, or unemployment income does not apply.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To Reschedule Your Reservation:

StayPromo offers a flexible rescheduling policy in the event of a change of plans or emergency.

If you provide 7 days advance notice, you can reschedule your dates for free (as long as new dates are available and do not have any surcharges). Please note that if you don't give us at least 7 days notice, a short-notice reschedule fee of $100 will be charged.

Canceling Your Reservation:

StayPromo understands that occasionally, you can't reschedule your trip and will have to cancel your reservation. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 7 business days prior to your arrival date. You will have a full 12 months store credit from the date of purchase to rebook different dates with a 14 day advance notice, based on availability. The credit will be for the full purchase amount and can be used towards any promo on StayPromo.com for up to 12 months. If you are booking with less than 7 days advance notice of your check-in date, the free cancellation period does not apply and short notice cancellation of confirmed dates will incur a $100 fee.
