آج کا لکھنے والا غالب اور میر نہیں بن سکتا ۔ وہ شاعرانہ عظمت اور مقبولیت اس کا مقدر نہیں ہے۔ اس لئے کہ وہ ایک بہرے ،گونگے، اندھے معاشرے میں پیدا ہوا ہے۔

کہتے ہیں سگریٹ کے دوسرے سرے پر جو راکھ ہوتی ہے در اصل وہ پینے والے کی ہوتی ہے۔

جو چیز مسرت بخش نہیں ہو سکتی وہ حسین نہیں ہو سکتی۔

جو معاشرہ اپنے آپ کو جاننا نہیں چاہتا وہ ادیب کو کیسے جانے گا۔ جنہیں اپنے ضمیر کی آواز سنائی نہیں دیتی انہیں ادیب کی آواز بھی سنائی نہیں دے سکتی۔

ادب کی بہترین تعریف تنقید حیات ہے۔ ادب کو ہماری زندگی پر تبصرہ کرنا چاہیے۔

سوز و گداز میں جب پختگی آجاتی ہے تو غم، غم نہیں رہتا بلکہ ایک روحانی سنجیدگی میں بدل جاتا ہے۔

ہمیں حسن کا معیار تبدیل کرنا ہوگا۔ ابھی تک اس کا معیار امیرانہ اور عیش پرورانہ تھا۔

در اصل شادی ایک لفظ نہیں پورا فقرہ ہے۔

فسادات کے متعلق جتنا بھی لکھا گیا ہے اس میں اگر کوئی چیز انسانی دستاویز کہلانے کی مستحق ہے تو منٹو کے افسانے ہیں۔

قوم اور قومی زندگی مٹ رہی ہے اور ہم ہیں کہ ہندی ہندی اور اردو اردو کیے جارہےہیں۔

فن کی وجہ سے فنکار عزیز اور محترم ہونا چاہیے۔ فنکار کی وجہ سے فن نہیں۔

ہم کتنے اور کس قسم کے الفاظ پر قابو حاصل کر سکتے ہیں، اس کا انحصار اس بات پر ہے کہ ہمیں زندگی سے ربط کتنا ہے۔

صدر گرامی قدر اور حاضرین والا تبار! آج مجھے جس فکر انگیز موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرتا ہے وہ ہے اسلام دہشت گردی نہیں، امن چاہتا ہے

دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کو دہشت گرد ثابت کرنے کیلئے ایڑی چوٹی کا زور لگایا جا رہا ہے۔ جھوٹ کو سچ ثابت کرنے کیلئے اسلام ن عناصر ایک فارم پر جمع ہو گئے ہیں اور ان سب کا ایک ہی مقصد ہے کہ اسلام کو دہشت گردی کا پیغام قرار دے کر مسلمانوں پر ضرب کاری لگائی جائے۔ ہمیں جھنجھوڑ کر صورتحال کی نزاکت کو سمجھنے کا آج عالی دے رہا ہے کہ

تو دیکھ اس کو جو کچھ ہو رہا ہے ہونے والا ہے وهرا کیا ہے بھلا عہد کہن کی داستانوں میں چھپا کر آستیں میں بجلیاں رکھی ہیں گردوں نے عنادل باغ کے غافل نہ بیٹھیں آشیانوں میں

جناب والا! اسلام دہشت گردی کا علمبردار نہیں ہے۔ اسلام کے لفظ ہی سے امن و سلامتی کی خوشبو پھوٹ رہی ہے۔ قرآن حکیم ہو یا احادیث نبوی، حضور ملی الہ وسلم کا اسوہ حسنہ ہو یا صحابہ کرام اور مسلم جرنیلوں کا طرز عمل ہمیں کہیں بھی دہشت گردی کی پر چھائیاں نظر نہیں آتیں، بنکہ چودہ صدیوں کے افق پر دین اسلام امن عالم کی روشنی بکھیر رہا ہے۔

اسلام کسی سے زندہ رہنے کا حق نہیں چھینتا بلکہ اپنے ماننے والوں کو باوقار زندگی کا پیغام دیتا ہے۔ اسلام جارحیت اور بے سبب قتل و غارت کا قائل نہیں بلکہ یہ تو اپنی حفاظت کے نام پر ہتھیار اٹھانے کا درس دیتا ہے۔ باوقار زندگی کیلئے عملی جدو جہد کرنا اور اپنے حقوق کیلئے میدان عمل میں اتر جانا کسی صورت بھی دہشت گردی نہیں، بلکہ یہ تو تہذیب عالم کے اصولوں اور اقوام متحدہ کے چارٹر کے عین مطابق ہے۔ دکھ تو یہ ہے کہ دہشت گردی کی تشریح کا فریضہ ان غاصب قوتوں نے سنبھال لیا ہے جو چنگیز و ہلا کو کی جانشین ہیں۔جو فرعونی خدائی کے نام پر امن عالم سے کھیل رہی ہیں۔ مظلوم اقوام کو خاک و خون کے سمندر میں غرق کر کے وہ ان کی اجتماعی قبروں پر دہشت گردی کے کتبے لگا رہی ہیں۔

محترم حاضرین! تاریخ اسلام شاہد ہے کہ ہجرت مدینہ سے قبل مسلمان سینکڑوں کی تعداد میں تھے مگر حضور ملی ایم نے مکہ میں ہتھیار اٹھانے کی اجازت نہیں دی۔ مدینہ طیبہ میں آکر بھی آپ نے امن وسلامتی کی فضاء کو برقرار رکھا۔ جب کفار مکہ نے مسلمانوں پر جنگیں مسلط کر دیں تو پھر مسلمانوں نے میدان جنگ میں شیران خدا کا روپ اختیار کر کے کفار کے عزائم کو خاک میں ملا دیا اور ثابت کر دیا کہ جو عزت کے ساتھ مرنا نہیں جانتا، اسے غیرت کے ساتھ جینا بھی نہیں آتا۔ تاریخ اسلام شاہد ہے کہ اسلامی تعلیمات میں دہشت گردی کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں ۔ اسلام تو دوسروں کے جان و مال کی حفاظت کا درس دیتا ہے۔

 مسلم حکومتیں اپنی حدود میں بسنے والے غیر مسلموں کو وہ حقوق عطا کرتی تھیں جو انہیں اپنے ملک میں بھی حاصل نہیں تھے۔ جنگوں میں فریقین اعتدال کا رشتہ کھو بیٹھتے ہیں مگر ہمارے رسول کریم ملی الی یا جب کوئی لشکر روانہ فرماتے تو اسکے سالار اعلیٰ کو سختی سے ہدایت فرماتے۔ ”جہاں پہنچو وہاں پہلے اسلام کا پیغام دینا۔ نہ مانیں تو جزیہ ادا کرنے پر آمادہ کرنا۔ اگر جنگ ناگزیر ہو جائے تو خبر دار بوڑھوں، عورتوں اور بچوں کو قتل نہ کرنا۔ جو ہتھیار ڈالیں ان پر ہتھیار نہ اٹھانا۔ فصلیں اور باغات تباہ نہ کرنا۔ تمہاری جنگ اسلام کیلئے ہے لہو کے سمندر بہانے کیلئے نہیں“۔

! جناب والا  تاریخ گواہ ہے کہ مسلمانوں نے ہمیشہ ارشاد نبوی کو شمع راہ بنائے رکھا۔ مسلم فاتحین جہاں بھی پہنچے وہاں اخلاق اور حسن کردار کی شمعیں روشن ہے۔ انسانی حقوق کو سر بلندی عطا کی اور ثابت ایک کاکا کے اے ور ہم کہ دہشت گرد نہیں ہیں امن کے ہم رکھوالے ہیں صلح و محبت مقصد اپنا پیار کے ہم متوالے ہیں ہم تو ہر اک حال میں اس اسلام کو چاہنے والے ہیں جس کی بدولت امن و راحت کے ہر سمت اجالے ہیں

! صدر محترم ہم اگر چہ امن و سلامتی اور صلح و محبت کے علمبردار ہیں مگر امن و سلامتی کا یہ مطلب تو نہیں کہ اگر دشمن ہمارے گھر میں گھس آئے تو اپنا گھر ہی اسے سونپ دیں۔ پاکستان ہمارے لئے سائبان رحمت ہے رحمت خداوندی ہے۔ ہر مسلم حکومت کو اپنا وطن اسی طرح عزیز ہے جس طرح امریکہ برطانیہ اور اقوام یورپ کو اپنے وطن عزیز ہیں۔ اسلا ئم تو بین الاسلامی اخوت کا پیغام دیتا ہے۔ یہ بین الاسلامی اخوت دو قومی نظریہ کا اعزاز ہے۔ اگر محمد بن قاسم عرب سے چل کر ایک مسلمان بہن کی امداد کیلئے سندھ آ سکتا ہے تو ہم کشمیری مسلمانوں کی امداد کیوں نہیں کر سکتے ۔ کشمیر ہندوستان کی جاگیر نہیں، پاکستان کی شہ رگ ہے اور ہندوستان اقوام عالم سے وعدوں کی رو سے وہاں رائے شماری کا پابند ہے۔ کشمیریوں کے حقوق کی  آواز اٹھانا دہشت گردی نہیں بلکہ دہشت گرد تو ہندوستان ہے جو کشمیریوں کی لاشوں پر حکومت کرنے کا دعویدار ہے۔

! صدر محترم آج کی واحد سپر پاور امریکہ نے دہشت گردی کے دوہرے معیار بنا رکھے ہیں۔ افغانستان کو خون میں نہلا دیا گیا۔ اس قتل عام کو قیام امن سے تعبیر کیا گیا۔ عراق کی تباہی سوچے سمجھے منصوبے کے تحت کی گئی۔ فلسطین کے مسلمان اپنی لاشیں اٹھاتے اٹھاتے تھک گئے ہیں مگر شیطان اصغر اسرائیل اور اس کے سر پرست امریکہ کو روکنے والا کوئی نہیں ۔ بوسینیا اور چیچنیا میں امن کے نام پر قتل و غارت کا بازار گرم کیا گیا ہے۔ یہ سب کچھ امریکہ برطانیہ روس اور یورپی اقوام اور ملک نے دوسرے ملک پر موت مسلط نہیں کی۔ کریم مالی یوم کا یہ ارشاد گرامی تاریخ کے اوراق پر جگمگا رہا ہے کہ ایک انسان کا قتل پوری انسانیت کا قتل ہے ۔

 مسلمانوں نے صدیوں تک اقوام عالم پر حکومت کی ہے مگر دہشت گردی کا بہانہ بنا کر کمزور اقوام کا قتل عام نہیں کیا۔ آج سات سمندر پار بسنے والے امریکہ کو کمزور و بے بس اور اپنی ذات کا تماشا دیکھنے والے مسلمان ہی دہشت گرد نظر آتے ہیں؟ کیا جنگ عظیم اول اور دوم کے نام پر کروڑوں انسانوں کو موت کے منہ میں دھکیلنے والے مسلمان تھے؟ کیا ہیروشما اور ناگاساکی پر ایٹم بم مسلمانوں نے گرائے تھے۔ یہ امریکہ اور یورپی اقوام کے سنہری کارنامے ہیں جن کے تذکرے سے ہی انسانیت شرم سے منہ چھپا لیتی ہے

یہی مسجد یہی کعبہ یہی گلزارِ جنت ہے چلے آوں مسلمانوں یہی تختِ محمدؐ ہے ہم روک رہے ہیں باطل کو کوئی آئے ہمارے ساتھ چلے یہ راستہ جنت جاتا ہے کوئی آئے ہمارے ساتھ چلے کسی فرعون کو مشکل کشا کہہ دوں یہ مشکل ہے کسی دجال کو میں انبیاء کہہ دوں یہ مشکل ہے مجھے زنجیر پہنا دو مجھے سولی پہ لٹکا دو مگر میں رہزنوں کو رہنما کہہ دوں یہ مشکل ہے

Why is there an Arab-Israeli conflict and why is it at an impasse? Some would argue that the antipathy felt between these groups is a fulfillment of ancient prophecy. Many argue that the Arab world’s distaste for Western ideologies and democracy is the origin of the hostility. Still, others assert that the conflict is a result of longstanding antagonism between Muslims and Jews. Although it seems like the [past] military action [was] specifically tied to The Palestinian Authority and the Israeli government, the roots of this conflict began in the early 20th century with World War I and the fragmentation of the Ottoman Empire, along with the rise of Zionism through the vehicle of Western Colonialism. When all of the layers of the conflict are stripped away, the core reason for the enmity is centered upon two opposing claims for the same piece of land.

Originally, the “Israeli experience” was born from the womb of the Holy Land, even when the “children of Israel” lived in diaspora; the “Land” is everything for all Israelis, as it represents the homeland, religion and history, the Promise of the Lord, the people’s dream, Jerusalem, the Wailing Wall, and other holy sites. Therefore, to the Jews, there is nothing comparable to the “Holy Land or Eretz Ysrael”. Similarly, as history supports, several peoples have populated the land of Palestine, not just Arabs and Jews. Moreover, they used to live together, intermix, intermarry, and merge, and so on. Geo-politically the land of “Palestine/Eretz Israel” was known as “Greater Syria” before being divided by the then “Great Powers” into four countries, two small cantons, and five nationalities. On today’s world map, these are known as Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian territories. However, this study aims to argue the development of this land from a historical and geopolitical point of view up until 1947; the names and borders, the holiness of the land to the Palestinians and Israelis, the land without a state that was waiting for the Lord’s promise for the people without a homeland. Moreover, this study concludes that on the modern map, one would have great difficulty finding a country labeled “Palestine.” It is not until 1922 that the name Palestine emerged with any “official” status, so what is all this talk about Palestine? Furthermore, whereas the Israelis could easily prove their historical and religious right to the holy or sacred land, it would be very hard for the Palestinians to do so. Finally, there are reasonable doubts about certain facts, and, so far, nobody has been able to provide a logical answer to such questions as, who is fighting who exactly? These facts are discussed from a historical and geopolitical perspective in the “Israeli Experience”.

In the historical session of 23rd March, Sher-e-Bangla Maulvi A.K. Fazl-ul-Haq addressed the Lahore resolution, and Chaudhry Khaliquzzaman, Sir Zafar Ali Khan, Sir Abdullah Haroon, Sardar Aurangzaib Khan, Nawab Ismail Khan, and Qazi Muhammad Isa authenticate this resolution. Lahore Resolution consisted of four hundred words and four paragraphs. In Lahore Resolution it was said that the All India Muslim League suggested that any Constitution Contract will not be practiced and not be accepted by Muslims only when it does not consist of the below criteria. Like the separation of attached geographical boundaries in those areas where the Muslims are in majority, for example, the North-west and east areas of India will actualize into an independent homestead.

Moreover, in these areas, the respect of the minority’s religion, culture, economy, organizing, and other rights should be protected and should be discussed in detail in the constitution. When the Lahore resolution was accepted, Indian newspapers and Hindu leaders have to talk against it. The very next day, Partaab, Malapa, Tribune, and many other Indian newspapers have named Lahore resolution into Resolution of Pakistan even there was no single word “Pakistan” was used in that 23rd March 1940 resolution.

In the presidential speech of 21st March, Quaid-e-Azam said that ‘Hindu and Muslims belong to two different religious, cultural and educational histories. These two nations can’t tie the knot to each other even they can’t sit together. Life and the concept of living are totally different from each other. Besides this both have different heroes and histories, both have changed perspectives. It is wrong to merge these nations into one nation. Muslims are a separate nation, whatever is the definition of a nation, and Muslims are ebbed to a separate nation so they should have a separate country and homeland where the government should be in their own hands. Pakistan was come into being when the first Hindu embraced Islam. This is the talk of that time when Muslims hadn’t built their empire. Muslim’s nationality is based on the Kalma Tauheed instead of homeland or cast.

After the commencement of this resolution, the attempt of Muslims to the establishment of Pakistan was properly shaped and they became more aggressive. Sacrifices of our ancestors, women, and children for the sake of separation of Pakistan have proved that they are a Muslim nation and deserve a homeland where they can spend their lives according to the Islamic concepts of life. So, we can say that this revolution boosted the spirits of Muslims and in the end, Pakistan became an independent state on 14th August 1947.

Pope John Paul II gave a message to show how peace can be achieved and how conflicts can be avoided. The Pope has recognised the essential conditions for peace in four requirements of human spirit i.e. Truth, Justice, Love, and Freedom. All these four factors will build peace if every individual sincerely acknowledges his rights as well as his duties. Human dignity and human rights should be synonymous with peace.

Religion has a vital role in fostering peace in the world. It exercises peace more effectively as it concentrates on what is good and bad. The Pope expressed a desire to nurture peace by spreading spirituality and a culture of peace.
