I am a pen. A fountain ink pen. Something so insignificant that you don’t waste even one minute of your life thinking about me. But here I am, telling you my story. The pen that has been used to write different tales of so many people has finally got a chance to inscribe his own. I remember the day I came into existence. It was quite a long time ago. I took birth in a place you humans call a factory. All of my parts were inserted one by one through the hands of factory workers.

I remember moving at a fast pace on a conveyor belt. The workmen were handling me with care, and I was growing in size as well as beauty with each additional touch. I have a matte black and steel grey body along with a golden nib. If there had been beauty pageants for pens, I think I would have been a strong contender for sure. After I and my fellow fountain ink pens were ready, we were put into a transparent case. We were then put into a cardboard box in a batch of 100 pens.

The travel was extremely long and tiring. We started out in the back of a truck and soon found ourselves flying in the mighty sky in an aeroplane. We were then unloaded into a truck again and finally reached our destination after around 10 hours. We were ordered by a shop owner in the city of Mumbai. His shop was in Bandra where I’m told that a lot of famous people live.

My friends and I were kept in a glass cupboard. The owner’s servant used to clean the cabinet and dust us daily. Customers were never allowed to touch us without the assistance of the shop owner. I often wondered why we fountain ink pens got so much attention and special treatment. Why weren’t we treated the same way as other ballpoint pens or gel pens? People would come to the shop and buy other pens.

Some would come and look at us but never take us home with them. I thought that maybe there was some major problem with me. Perhaps I wasn’t handy or convenient. Maybe I was not stylish looking after all. Feelings of self-pity and dejection started taking over my friends and me. But we soon learnt the truth. One fine morning, just like every other day, the owner’s servant was cleaning the cupboard and dusting one of my friends when suddenly the ink pen slipped from his hand and landed straight on the hard marble floor.

The nib of the pen was completely destroyed. I felt sad and unhappy, looking at the incident, but I knew that the servant did it by mistake. As soon as this happened, the shop owner rushed towards the servant and gave him a good scolding. He told him that the pen that he had broken was very costly and that he would not get his salary for three months. After hearing the shop owner’s words, I felt sad for the 14-year old, but my self-esteem had also risen back.

The reason why people were not purchasing me, and my friends was not because we had some or the other flaw, but because we were quite expensive. After that day, the servant was not allowed to come near us, and the shop owner himself did the dusting work. After a wait of more than a year, I was finally picked up by a well-known writer and was taken to his home. He put me with many other of his pens. It seemed like he had a collection.

Hello everyone! I am a humble pen and I would like to share my story with you all.

I was born in a small factory, surrounded by my other pen siblings. We were all lined up, waiting for our chance to be molded and crafted into the writing instruments we were meant to be. My turn finally came and I was filled with excitement as I was molded into my final form.

I was given a sleek black barrel with a shiny silver clip, and a smooth writing tip that would glide across the page. I was so proud of what I had become, and I couldn’t wait to be put to use.

In the hands of a writer, I found my true purpose. Together, we embarked on countless adventures through the realm of imagination. I became an extension of their thoughts, flowing effortlessly across the page as they painted vivid landscapes with words. With each stroke, I etched their dreams, hopes, and emotions into the tapestry of existence.

An autobiography is the mean in which the speaker speaks about his own self. The speaker is here may be living or non-living object. But it is very interesting to note that non-living object is being personified with all its feelings of a human.

The above saying is universally recognised and accepted by all generations and I am very lucky for it. I am a fountain pen and I was born at a pen factory a few years ago in Singapore. I was displayed at a pen-shop. A customer came to me and purchased me at a high cost.

The customer was a famous writer and it is a customary for a writer to have nice collection of pens. I am still staying with him. I have become the favourite to the writer because I proved lucky for him. He finds pleasure in writing with me. I am also very glad and proud of it. He uses me at various times for writing poems, stories and essays.

These are taken to the press for printing and they are published in the form of a book. Many readers get a lot of pleasure by reading these books. The thoughts of the writer are expressed in words and then recorded through me. This is how I try to spread human knowledge from one generation to another. Thus, culture and literature of human civilisation are so much dependent on us. We have great power to change the human mind and heart.

It is, therefore, very rightly said, “ The pen is mightier than the sword “. This proverb, therefore, means that writers and thinkers exercise a much greater influence on human minds in the world than any military conqueror. Let us take writers like Karl Marx, Voltaire, Tolstoy, Rabindranath and many more. I have been becoming the most influential weapon for the writers whose writings inspired the people crossing the barrier of the countries. All these prove that I am more powerful than the weapons and ammunition of the soldiers.

An Autobiography of A Pen

A pen is an item of daily use for all and sundry. We F 5 find pens in students’ bags, offices, and every conceivable place. So, my friends, what is so great about a pen? Yes, I agree that, a common thing like a pen need not think much of itself as, it is too common to be thought about. Yes, I agree that a pen is too cheap and common a thing to get any importance but friends, I am a thing apart, I am the pen, which is used and handled by none other than our Indian Prime Minister, Shri Atal Behari Vajpayeeji. Does that not give me an identity and an importance equal to none other of my clan?

I look just like any other pens, just as all men look alike but, the Prime Minister is a class apart. In the same way, all pens look alike but, I am a class apart. I remember the earlier days of my life which were spent like all others on a counter of a stationery shop, I think that shop is one of the oldest and one of the biggest, called by the name of Galgotia, which is situated at Connaught Place. I remember I lay there in a showcase with a number of others of my family. Every day the shop would open, the salesman would set the counter in order and I would be displayed on the counter with several of my friends. This happened day after day for, I wonder how long, may be months, or, may be even a year I just do not know. Every day, several pens and other stationery goods would be sold out and my few colleagues and I remained dumb and disappointed. How we all started feeling dejected and did start wondering Why people never showed any interest in any of us. This thought troubled us though it was a mystery also as to what was wrong with us, why did we fail to attract attention? This feeling of misery continued till at last, one ‘ fine day we were able to understand the cause of the stalemate we were facing.

It so happened that, that day, a very beautiful young girl came to our counter and expressed her desire to buy one of us. At once, her mother shrugged her shoulders and told the girl that, this brand of pens were expensive, and asked the child to choose another pen from the adjoining counter. Though we were all disappointed hearing that the girl would not buy one of us, it, at the same time came as a relief and a booster of our sagging morale. We realised that’we were not being bought by customers as, we were more expensive than others. That in turn meant that we were also better than the others. Aha! what a satisfaction that feeling gave all of us, that now, we were once again ready for the boredom of sitting pretty in the shelf of the shop. We were a class apart gave us a combination of satisfaction and of course disgust at being bored for so long. Now we all wondered how long more, we would have to spend time here huddled together in the showcase.

However, it was not very long after this day of enlightenment of our identity that our fates-smiled at us, and yes, ALL OF US. One day, just as the routine setting was done, I heard some discussions going on between some outsider and the salesman at our counter. As I, out of curiosity peeped out of my case, I overheard some one talking about purchasing all the hundred pens of my clan. Aha! what fun life would now be we will be together once again, and yet, all of us will be busy in our respective assignments. At once, without losing any time, I told my friends the good news, and it spread in the community within a flash of time. No sooner had I passed the information that, we saw a young man in a black suit coming to our counter and asking our salesman for the whole lot of us. So, at long last, all the hundred of us were purchased in one installment.

Out we were all taken from the shop to an office and, we came to know that each of us would be stationed in offices of ministers and Cabinet ministers. Aha! how fate had smiled at us of course we deserved it all. Weren’t we better than others of our species? All of us thought so proudly and happily of our fate, as we had shifted from the dungeon of a shop to the offices of ministers. Now, all of us kept our fingers crossed, each one wondering which minister it would get as its master. Soon luck was clear to all of us as, we were distributed and sent to different offices and Lo! and Behold!, I, the handsomest of all was earmarked for the office of the Prime Minister.

What a lucky individual I had been. I would now get the feel of the gentle and affectionate touch of our very gentle and kind Prime Minister, Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee. Now I am stationed in a golden coloured or plated I don’t really know pen-stand in the office of the PM. Every day, yes, almost every day he uses me and, I get so puffed up when I realise that so many important orders and decisions are written by me, so many letters are signed by me. My life is now so very wonderful that, I have forgotten all the boredom of my life in the shop. A loving master, whose very touch is soothing and satisfactory I do hope he keeps me for as long as I live though I know that, as soon as my strength and smooth writing decreases even my gentle and loving master will like to throw me away. God forbid that day will be my last day of life when I find my self thrown out of my master’s office. Till then, let me enjoy my sojourn in the Prime Minister’s office.

Autobiography

Definition of autobiography.

Autobiography is one type of biography , which tells the life story of its author, meaning it is a written record of the author’s life. Rather than being written by somebody else, an autobiography comes through the person’s own pen, in his own words. Some autobiographies are written in the form of a fictional tale; as novels or stories that closely mirror events from the author’s real life. Such stories include Charles Dickens ’ David Copperfield and J.D Salinger’s The Catcher in The Rye . In writing about personal experience, one discovers himself. Therefore, it is not merely a collection of anecdotes – it is a revelation to the readers about the author’s self-discovery.

Difference between Autobiography and Memoir

In an autobiography, the author attempts to capture important elements of his life. He not only deals with his career, and growth as a person, he also uses emotions and facts related to family life, relationships, education, travels, sexuality, and any types of inner struggles. A memoir is a record of memories and particular events that have taken place in the author’s life. In fact, it is the telling of a story or an event from his life; an account that does not tell the full record of a life.

Six Types of Autobiography

There are six types of autobiographies:

Autobiography: A personal account that a person writes himself/herself.
Memoir : An account of one’s memory.
Reflective Essay : One’s thoughts about something.
Confession: An account of one’s wrong or right doings.
Monologue : An address of one’s thoughts to some audience or interlocuters.
Biography : An account of the life of other persons written by someone else.

Importance of Autobiography

Autobiography is a significant genre in literature. Its significance or importance lies in authenticity, veracity, and personal testimonies. The reason is that people write about challenges they encounter in their life and the ways to tackle them. This shows the veracity and authenticity that is required of a piece of writing to make it eloquent, persuasive, and convincing.

Examples of Autobiography in Literature

Example #1: the box: tales from the darkroom by gunter grass.

A noble laureate and novelist, Gunter Grass , has shown a new perspective of self-examination by mixing up his quilt of fictionalized approach in his autobiographical book, “The Box: Tales from the Darkroom.” Adopting the individual point of view of each of his children, Grass narrates what his children think about him as their father and a writer. Though it is really an experimental approach, due to Grass’ linguistic creativity and dexterity, it gains an enthralling momentum.

Example #2: The Story of My Life by Helen Keller

In her autobiography, The Story of My Life , Helen Keller recounts her first twenty years, beginning with the events of the childhood illness that left her deaf and blind. In her childhood, a writer sent her a letter and prophesied, “Someday you will write a great story out of your own head that will be a comfort and help to many.”

In this book, Keller mentions prominent historical personalities, such as Alexander Graham Bell, whom she met at the age of six, and with whom she remained friends for several years. Keller paid a visit to John Greenleaf Whittier , a famous American poet, and shared correspondence with other eminent figures, including Oliver Wendell Holmes, and Mrs. Grover Cleveland. Generally, Keller’s autobiography is about overcoming great obstacles through hard work and pain.

Example #3: Self Portraits: Fictions by Frederic Tuten

In his autobiography, “Self Portraits: Fictions ,” Frederic Tuten has combined the fringes of romantic life with reality. Like postmodern writers, such as Jorge Luis Borges, and Italo Calvino, the stories of Tuten skip between truth and imagination, time and place, without warning. He has done the same with his autobiography, where readers are eager to move through fanciful stories about train rides, circus bears, and secrets to a happy marriage; all of which give readers glimpses of the real man.

Example #4: My Prizes by Thomas Bernhard

Reliving the success of his literary career through the lens of the many prizes he has received, Thomas Bernhard presents a sarcastic commentary in his autobiography, “My Prizes.” Bernhard, in fact, has taken a few things too seriously. Rather, he has viewed his life as a farcical theatrical drama unfolding around him. Although Bernhard is happy with the lifestyle and prestige of being an author, his blasé attitude and scathing wit make this recollection more charmingly dissident and hilarious.

Example #5: The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin by Benjamin Franklin

“The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin ” is written by one of the founding fathers of the United States. This book reveals Franklin’s youth, his ideas, and his days of adversity and prosperity. He is one of the best examples of living the American dream – sharing the idea that one can gain financial independence, and reach a prosperous life through hard work.

Through autobiography, authors can speak directly to their readers, and to their descendants. The function of the autobiography is to leave a legacy for its readers. By writing an autobiography, the individual shares his triumphs and defeats, and lessons learned, allowing readers to relate and feel motivated by inspirational stories. Life stories bridge the gap between peoples of differing ages and backgrounds, forging connections between old and new generations.

My name is pen and I am item of daily use for everybody and sundry. You can find me in the bags, offices and every imaginable place for the students. It’s too common to be thinking about the pen. I agree that I am too cheap and common to make any difference, but acquaintances.

People of every country use me today. People can write on paper according to their requirements, with my help. If I had not been there, nobody in the world would have read and written, nor would there would be the light of knowledge.

Children who are the future of the country start their studies with me and learn to write only with the help of mine. It gives me a kind of happiness that I am helping to make someone’s future.

Not only kids but also journalists use me to write the news. Journalists write their news by using me, and the same news appears in the newspaper the next day. Because of this news, awareness remains within society, and society gets to know about the changes that are taking place around them. I am pleased that I am working to make society aware of this as well.

Other than these two uses of mine, according to their needs people of all ages use me. Everybody uses me whether they are old or a child. Everyone keeps me in his or her pocket, so I do not get lost here and there.

Every day of your life, you use a pen. You think of me and seek me every time you want to remember something important. I have become an integral part of your everyday life; you carry me everywhere, just in case you need to take note of it.

I see many of my newer brothers thrown out after the source of their lives has run out. But I am one exception. Unlike them, my source of life can be replenished and used again. It is a loop without end. I saw a lot of things in my life, studied the ocean, wrote hundreds of poems and stories, and saw many people walking by. I remember all of them, but I’m still here on this desk, watching.

History of pen

It is a long story. I used to be made of wood in ancient times and dipped myself in tar to write on paper. Yet times have changed, and my most recent form today is a ball pen. The journey from a piece of wood to a ball pen is not as short as you can understand, I had to go through a lot of development for this, and after that, I was able to reach my most existing form today.

Initiation of mine

The first thing I remember was the factory assembly line. People used to bring parts of me together by hand. They put a protective casing around my sensitive cage of ink. People then added an intricately carved nib point, where the ink flowed through. I knew I was placed in a padded case with foam and moved on.

I remember traveling hours in a transport vehicle’s back. I could hear other peoples and nearby surroundings, but I couldn’t speak because I had enough sources of life scarcely to sustain ourselves. The car stopped after hours and hours of traveling, and there was shock all around me. I could hear one by one my brothers were being taken.

Then, it was my opportunity. They put me along with my brothers again after a lot of moving time. After a couple of minutes, we felt elevated. It was only after I heard about moving people that I knew we were on an airplane. We’ve been even less time in the sun. It is easier to fly by air. We were then unloaded and taken to stores.

The shop I got into was enormous. It was well maintained, with rows to sell fancy items. I was placed on my case, in a glass display. I was a different type, a more expensive customized piece. So I mostly watched people take my brother’s home.

They would be interested in me and my design, but they would still be driven away by the price. But since I was genuinely proud of my appearance, it didn’t matter. I felt special. Then came my day. In the shop came a wealthy merchant, who saw me and he had to have me. He brought me home, proud to own me.

Life as a ‘Pen’

Wealthy mechant would initially refuse to use me to document, fearing that he would ruin my intricate carvings and smooth edges. He didn’t know that the longer he waited, the more depleted my life essence became. I grew weaker every day.

I knew everything about records, the everyday things happening all around me, and the world, before long. The merchant never forgot to take me, and never forgot to replenish my source of life.

Throughout my life, I met many of my kind, but nobody stayed for a long time. They had started making cheaper pens, which I would still feel broken after a single-use, seeing those poor souls waiting for their fate, not being able to do anything to save them. Cruel, isn’t it? Since birth to be branded expendable.

Everything I thought I survived even my master, the merchant, his friend, his grandkids, and more. Now I am talking to you, you who inherited me.

My ink is multi-colored. But I’m used more in the blue, black and red inks. A blue ink pen is considered best for writing something while the teacher uses a red ink pen to write, and the title is written by a black ink pen.

Use me wisely, young man, for I have wisdom beyond your understanding. I have presently and experience. I am also sure that I will mold your future, your life ahead of you. I hope you will understand the obligation that you have been granted.

You can shift your future and make the future of this world whether better or worse? That is your preference, as I am obliged to make your offer. However, I hope you will do the world well, just like your ancestors.

You use me every day of your life. Every time you want to remember something important, you think of me and search for me. I’ve become an integral part of your daily life, carrying me around everywhere, just in case you need to take a note.

I see many of my newer brothers tossed out after their life source has run out. But I’m an exception. Unlike them, my life source can be refilled and used again. It’s an endless cycle. I’ve seen a lot in my life, learnt an ocean, written hundreds of poems and stories, and seen a lot of people pass by. I remember them all, but I remain here on this desk, still observing.

The first thing I remember was the assembly line in the factory. People were putting together pieces of me by hand. They put a protective casing around my delicate ink cage. Then they added an intricately carved nib point, through which the ink flowed. Next I knew, I was placed in a foam padded case, and moved along.

I remember hours of travelling in the back of a transport vehicle. I could hear others, but we couldn’t speak because we barely had enough life sources to sustain ourselves. After hours and hours of travelling, the vehicle stopped and there was commotion all around me. I could hear my brothers being taken one by one.

Then it was my chance. After a lot of moving time, they again put me with my brothers. After a few minutes we felt were airborne. It was only after I had learnt about human transportation, which I realised that we were on an aeroplane. We were in the air for far less a time. Apparently air travel is faster. Then we were unloaded and taken to shops.

The shop that I got into was huge. It was well lit and maintained, with rows of fancy products for sale. I was placed in a glass display, on my case. Apparently I was a different type, a customised more expensive piece. So I mostly saw people taking home my brothers

They’d be interested in me, and my design, but the price would always drive them away. But it didn’t matters since I was really proud of my appearance, I felt special. Then my day came. A wealthy merchant came in the shop, saw me and he had to have me. He took me home, proud to own me.

Life being a pen

At first he would refuse to use me to write, fearing he might ruin my intricate carvings and smooth edges. Little did he know that the longer he waited, the more my life essence was getting depleted? I grew weaker day by day.

Then one day he gathered enough courage to dip my inner in Ink, my life source. I felt a surge of life go through me. I was alive finally, the way I was made to be. That day onwards, he used me for everything, writing everything down, just to show me off. I am learning every day.

Before long, I knew everything about Accounts, the daily events occurring all around me, and the world. The merchant never forgot to take me, never forgot to refill my life source.

I met many of my kind throughout my life, but no one stayed for long. Apparently they had started making cheaper pens, which could be thrown after a single use I would always feel broken, seeing those sad souls waiting for their fate, not being able to do anything to save them. Isn’t it cruel? To be labelled as expendable since birth.

The present

I’ve outlived everyone I’ve known. Even my master, the merchant, his son, his grandchildren and further more. Now I’m speaking to you, you, who have inherited me.

Use me wisely, young one, for I have wisdom beyond your comprehension. I have knowledge of the present and the past. I’m even sure I can shape your future, your life that’s ahead of you. I hope you realise the responsibility you’ve been bestowed with.

Autobiography is one type of biography , which tells a life story of its author, meaning it is a written record of the author’s life. Rather than being written by somebody else, an autobiography comes through the person’s own pen, in his own words. Some autobiographies are written in the form of a fictional tale; as novels or stories that closely mirror events from the author’s real life. Such stories include Charles Dickens’ David Copperfield , and J.D Salinger’s The Catcher in the Rye . In writing about personal experience, one discovers himself. Therefore, it is not merely a collection of anecdotes – it is a revelation to the readers about author’s self-discovery.

Difference between Autobiography and Memoir

In an autobiography, the author attempts to capture important elements of his life. He not only deals with his career, and growth as a person, he also uses emotions and facts related to family life, relationships, education, travels, sexuality, and any types of inner struggles. A memoir is a record of memories, and particular events that have taken place in the author’s life. In fact, it is the telling of a story or an event from his life; an account that does not tell the full record of a life.

A noble laureate and novelist, Gunter Grass, has shown a new perspective of self-examination by mixing up his quilt of fictionalized approach in his autobiographical book, “The Box: Tales from the Darkroom.” Adopting the individual point of view of each of his children, Grass narrates what his children think about him as their father and a writer. I am a clock. My life is a very royal one. I am writing my autobiography to tell people how royal I am. I was a very famous invention. Before me, seeing time was very difficult for people. They had to look at the sky and make out the time which may not be precise. The invention of clock really helped them. I depicted time very precisely. Now, they could plan everything according to me. If I say it is night time, you should sleep, they would sleep and, if I say it’s daytime, you should wake up, they would wake up. I clearly ruled over them and their minds. I felt like a king whose every order is followed and everyone fears his wrath.

At first, I used to come in a huge size and people would carry me on pack animals to their houses. They would then install me in a spacious place from where they could see me easily. There was a big oscillating bell beside me which use to blow when midnight used to happen. They used to plan every event according to me. Before any important meeting, they used to look at me and decide the timings. I really enjoyed that time.

Then, as time progressed, I started coming in more advanced ways. My size got a bit smaller and now, there was no need to carry me on a pack animal and put me in a spacious place. Clocks could easily be hanged on the wall with the support of a bolt. I started coming in different attractive designs and colours. It soothed people to look at me. They would see me before doing everything. I was always in front of their eyes tangibly and, intangibly, I ran in their heads all the time.

Then they further developed me and made me portable . I started coming in a version which could be worn on the wrists. This made me very easily accessible and people used to see me almost every time.

Today in this article we are going to show you the example of an Autobiography of a Book.

Hello, I am a book my title is The Happy Prince and Other Tales written by Oscar Wilde. I am a book penned in the year 1888. I am a book having five collections of stories, which are “The Happy Prince”, “The Devoted Friend”, “The Remarkable”, “The Selfish Giant” and “The Nightingale and the Rose”. In all these stories, the importance of values I had told.

I am a book with the first story of A Happy Prince. So, here I am a tall statue. My name is Happy Prince. I am decorated nicely. I am called a Happy Prince because there are no sorrows in my life. I live in a vast palace where no one is sad and filled with pain. One day, Swallow a person was passing by my statue; he looks at me with great attention.

He realizes that I am a sad prince and crying. I looked at him and started telling my life story to him. I used to live in a palace that was only surrounded by people in sorrow. I told him that I am a statue so I could not help people who are poor and suffer from so many problems.

So, I asked him to take all the gemstones one by one to help my people in their need. I had sapphires in my eyes, ruby fixed in the handle of my sword I was holding and a golden leaf that was protecting me. Slowly, as the winter was near, all my gemstones were donated to the poor.

He then died near my statue due to cold air in winters. I had felt so bad, and the Mayor of the city decides to melt my body and make his statue. So many people were not knowing about my goods deeds or help I did to the poor people, so they agreed with the Mayor. God asks me to bring my precious things with me I got a dead bird and heart made up of lead with me.

In my second story, A devoted friend here I had made it an interesting story by having another story in it. Here I started it with a rat making a statement on a duck for her ducklings or wings that are not helping her. The rat asks the duck to become his friend, and at the same time, a finch bird flies by.

This story I wrote for telling the water-rat what is the value of friendship and how he should accept it. The bird tells him a story of a man named Hans. He says that I am the owner of my own house. Outside my house, I was having a beautiful garden filled with many types of flowers in so many colors sold in the market. The name of my friend is Hugh.

He is a miller and his garden was in bad condition. He was facing a loss in selling my flowers. He had sold all his instruments to cover the loss. In the spring season, I, Hans had to sell my roses for getting back my silver buttons and at the same time, my friend visited me. He told me about his loss and I decided to give him an old wheelbarrow.

It was old and he gave me it for my need. I had returned him to help him. Then one day, my friend Hugh got ill and his son got lost to time and found his father dead. I realized that I should have helped with more efforts. In the end, the rat became sad when finch completed her story and went back to his place.

I wrote this third story, “The Remarkable Rocket”. I told about the fireworks used in the marriage of a prince and princess. I am a remarkable rocket used by The prince and princess on the precious day of their marriage. It was so beautiful and big.

I reached to the high sky with swoosh sound was not so loud and was good to ears. I was the heaviest and put aside all other fireworks. I burst out when burned from the tip. I showed my sensitivity and became wet. I was not able to ignite and fly into the sky. So, the prince and princess threw me in the garbage, but I had hope left. I met a frog, duck, and dragonfly who treated me badly. One day two boys got me and ignited me, then I had exploded then I was happy.

In the fourth story, I am a Giant person who owns a garden having aromatic flowers and peach trees. Many children come here and play. When I had returned from home after seven years, I had gone to meet my friend Cornish Ogre.

He states support of children but I had put a fence around my wall and hunged a board with writing, “Trespassers will be prosecuted” than winter season comes. One day, a finch wakes me and I heard the noise of some children who were destroying my wall. One boy was climbing the wall and I helped him.

I told him that it is his garden from now on. All the children came to play daily but the boy was not coming. After many years in spring, he sees that same boy and did not realize that it was a child of the child.

In the last story, I wrote where a nightingale is seeing a student who says that he will not dance with the professor’s daughter. He is not having rose to give her. I felt bad for him and gone around the forest to search for a red rose. A red rose told me how to make it and I made with a deal of singing the song whole night and die.

The child warned me but I did the deal and died. The next day, the girl refused him because someone sent her Chamberlin Jewellery that was precious. His heart was broken and he did not believe in love stories from then on.

In all the stories I wrote in me (book), ended with pain, grief, and sadness. I was sympathetic to all the characters in the story and gave the moral value to always help a person or friend in need.
