Important Information. The Student Thesis portal will be used to submit thesis using the CC login and password. Students in the PhD, MTech, MDes, MS (By Research) and Dual Degree Programs can submit their thesis here.
Submission Guidelines
Guidelines for Online submission of Thesis (PG students only) If you don't have a CC user ID or login problem? Please contact the library circulation desk (0512-259 7671 / 7331). It is mandatory to insert certificate page duly signed by the supervisor (s) bearing DOAA stamp in the softcopy of full thesis .
Thesis Processing Cell
The student mails the pre-submission draft of the thesis to the Editorial Help Desk forwarded by his/her supervisor EHD email: [email protected]. After editorial processing by the EHD, the document is returned to the student over email with a copy to the supervisor. The EHD services are available at Rs. 50/- per page of the manuscript.

3.2.1.1 An M Tech. thesis should contain an abstract not exceeding 300 words (about one page), and a Ph.D. thesis should contain an abstract/synopsis not exceeding 1000 words (about four pages) in double spacing. 3.2.1.2 Ph.D. students shall submit a copy of the synopsis/abstract for transmission to examiners.
