As stated in my attached CV, I am a Certified Business Operations Management Specialist possessing exceptional leadership skills and the crucial ability to function well in fast-paced and deadline-driven team environments. At GPR Resources, Inc., where I worked as an Operations Administrator for more than 3 years, I was mainly in charge of monitoring and coordinating multiple company processes and procedures, ensuring that all policies were always fully followed. Additionally, I managed and maintained relevant files and records, represented the company at various events, produced monthly reports, and worked on the constant improvement of existing business activities to reduce unnecessary expenses. For decreasing the costs by 34% within just one year, I was awarded the Employee of the Month once.

Next, I am the University of Surrey graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business & Management which serves as a great evidence of my field expertise.
