If you open the company’s official website, you will find plain template and no features that pop up or make the design inviting. However, even though the website creator did a poor job designing this website, they certainly made some inviting promises. Our goal here is to establish whether these are true or not.

Essaydot Prices

With a starting price of $12.66 per page, essaydot.com seems to be an affordable writing service. There is a whole Pricing page on the website, but this page is filled with unnecessary content that serves to fill up the space. Still, we find the company pricing to be fair, even for the Premium quality level option. This is the most expensive option and does cost a small fortune, but highest quality papers always come at a high price.

This is a good pricing. Of course, as long as the company delivers quality papers and service.

List of Services

This is where the company fails all expectations. Essaydot.com limits its customers to only five types of papers, which makes for a bad content provider. In order for a company to be good for your papers, they’d have to offer all the assistance you need, not only a minor list of academic papers.

Feedback online suggests that paper quality here is poor, but even if the papers are good, what happens when you have a different assignment to handle? And due to the short list of services, the chances for this are very high.

Discounts and Free Features

You won’t find a first-order discount that reduces the price of your first paper from this company. This is a bit of a disappointment, but fortunately, the company does have an inviting loyalty program.

There are two ways to get in touch with the customer service: contact the live chat agents or call the phone number on the website. However, as is the case with the website optimization, you will find that their live chat option is still not functional since no one replies here.

We’d recommend using the phone number on the website to get in touch with the company’s agents. The agents there are very friendly, but according to feedback online, they do not really provide the guarantees found on the website. Therefore, if you encounter some issues with your papers, you may not be able to find a solution.
