گرمی کا موسم پر مضمون

ہندوستان اور پاکستان دو ایسے ممالک ہیں جہاں کے شہریوں کو ایک سال میں چار مختلف موسموں سے لطف اندوز ہونے کا موقع ملتا ہے۔ یہ چار موسم: موسم سرما، موسم گرما، موسم خزاں اور موسم بہار کے نام سے مشہور ہیں۔ سال میں آنے والے سبھی موسموں میں سے سب سے گرم موسم گرمی کا ہو تا ہے۔ گرمی کا نام لیتے ہی گرمی کی تپتی ہوئی دھوپ کا احساس ہونے لگتا ہے۔ گرمیوں کا موسم بہت ہی کم لوگ پسند کرتے ہیں کیونکہ اس موسم میں انسان اپنے آپ کو بالکل تھکا ہوا اور لاغر محسوس کرتا ہے۔ اس موسم میں سستی سی لگتی ہے لیکن اگر صحیح طرح سے دیکھا جائے تو یہ بھی سبھی موسموں کی طرح اچھا موسم ہے اور بچوں کے لئے تو بہت ہی اچھا ہے۔ اس موسم میں بچے کھل کے کھیلتے ہیں اور ہلکے کپڑے پہننے کی وجہ سے وہ اپنے آپ کو ہلکا محسوس کرتے ہیں۔

جس طرح سے ہم روز روز ایک طرح کا کھانا پسند نہیں کرتے اور روز بدل بدل کر کھانا کھانے کے شوقین رہتے ہیں اسی طرح سے موسم میں بھی بدلاؤ اچھا لگتا ہے۔ جیسے سردی کے بعد گرمیوں کا موسم آتا ہے تو اچھا لگتا ہے اور جس طرح ہم سردی کے موسم کا لطف اٹھاتے ہیں اسی طرح ہمیں گرمیوں کا بھی لطف اٹھانا چاہیے۔

جیسا کہ ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ زمین گھومتی ہے اور جب زمین گھوم کر سورج کی طرف جھک جاتی ہے تو اسی وقت گرمی کا موسم شروع ہو جاتا ہے۔ یعنی جب زمین سورج کی طرف جھک جاتی ہے تو گرمی آ جاتی ہے اور جب زمین سورج سے دور ہو جاتی ہے تو سردی کا موسم آ جاتا ہے۔

ہلکی گرمیوں میں انسان آسانی سے زندگی گزار لیتا ہے لیکن جب سورج کی گرمی تیز ہوتی ہے تو اسے برداشت کرنا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے۔ جن لوگوں کے پاس زیادہ پیسے ہوتے ہیں وہ اپنے گھروں میں اے-سی لگوا لیتے ہیں جس سے گرمی میں بھی ٹھنڈے موسم کا احساس ہوتا ہے اور روح کو سکون ملتا ہے۔ اور جن لوگوں کے پاس کم پیسے ہوتے ہیں وہ اپنے گھروں میں کولر اور پنکھے لگا کر گرمی سے نجات پالیتے ہیں۔ لیکن جو غریب ہیں ہم سب کو ان کے بارے میں سوچنا چاہیے۔ زیادہ گرمی سے راحت پانے کے لئے وہ بے چارے غریب پیڑ کی چھائوں کا سہارا لے کر تسلی کر لیتے ہیں۔

گرمی سے بچنے کے لیے کچھ لوگ اپنے گھر کو چھوڑ کر کچھ دنوں کے لیے ٹھنڈے موسم والی جگہوں پر چلے جاتے ہیں اور وہاں جاکر پہاڑی علاقوں اور ٹھنڈی جگہوں کا لطف اٹھاتے ہیں۔

گرمی کے موسم میں بار بار نہانے کا دل کرتا ہے اور پیاس بھی بہت زیادہ لگتی ہے۔ ایسے موسم میں شربت پینے کا مزہ ہی الگ ہوتا ہے۔ شربت پیتے ہی ایسا لگتا ہے کہ جسم کی رگ رگ تازہ ہوگئی ہے۔ گرمی ہی ایسا موسم ہے جس میں ہم سب کو پانی کی شدت اور اس کی اہمیت کا احساس ہوتا ہے۔ گرمی میں انسان زیادہ دیر پیاس برداشت نہیں کر سکتا۔

ہمارے دادا بتاتے ہیں کہ پہلے اتنی زیادہ گرمی نہیں پڑتی تھی۔ سائنسدانوں کا کہنا ہے کہ انسان کے ذریعے پھیلائے جانے والی ہوا میں آلودگی کی وجہ سے زمین کے ماحول کو نقصان پہنچ رہا ہے اور اسی وجہ سے گرمی بہت زیادہ پڑنے لگی ہے۔بہت سے گلیشئر پگل رہے ہیں اور اگر ایسا ہی رہا تو ممبئی اور سمندر کے کنارے جتنے بھی شہر ہیں سب کے سب ڈوب جائیں گے۔ اس لئے ہم سب کو ہوا میں ہونے والی آلودگی کو روکنا ہوگا۔ اگر ہم گرمی سے بچنا چاہتے ہیں تو ہم سب کو پیڑوں کو کاٹنے سے روکنا ہوگا اور زیادہ سے زیادہ پیڑ لگانا ہوں گے جس سے ہوا میں ٹھنڈک پیدا ہو۔ ہمارے ملک میں پیڑوں کی تعداد بہت کم ہوتی جارہی ہے۔ جس کی وجہ سے بارش میں کمی ہو رہی ہے اور بارش نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے گرمی پڑنا تو لازم ہے۔

گرمی کا موسم صرف نقصان والا ہی نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اس موسم میں فائدے بھی موجود ہیں۔ گرمی کے موسم میں جسم کے زہریلے جراثیم ختم ہو جاتے ہیں۔ اور اس موسم میں نئے نئے پھل آم، لیچی، رس دار پھل کھانے کو ملتے ہیں۔ اور اس کے علاوہ گنے کارس، کلفی، شربت، ناریل کا پانی بھی صحت کے لئے بہت اچھا ہوتا ہے۔

گرمی میں ہمیں طرح طرح کے پھل کھانے چاہیے اور صحیح وقت پر کھانا چاہئیے۔ اور ہری مرچ بھی کھانا چاہیے۔ خوب پانی پینا چاہیے۔ اور سردیوں کی طرح گرمیوں میں بھی موسم کا اچھے سے مزہ لینا چاہیے۔
