Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research Fellowship

◆ About Fellowship: – The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research Fellowship (MJPRF) scheme is being implemented from the year 2020-21 to provide financial assistance to the candidates belonging to other backward classes, Vimukt Jati- nomadic tribes and special backward classes of Non-creamy layer groups in Maharashtra for a maximum period of 5 years. This Fellowship is provided to study Ph.D.

◆ Eligible Applicants: – Student who is doing Ph.D

◆ Fellowship amount: –

Rs. 31000/-p.m. for 1 st & 2nd year of PhD Rs. 35000/- p. m. for 3 rd, 4th& 5th year of PhD Escorts / Reader assistance – Rs. 2000/- p.m. in case of physically handicapped & blind (दिव्यांगजन) candidates HRA – As per Govt. norms For Ph.D. in Humanities & Social Sciences subjects Contingency A – Rs. 10000/- p.a. for initial 1 st & 2nd year of PhD Rs. 20500/- p.a. for 3 rd, 4th, & 5th year of PhD For Ph.D. in Sciences, Engg. & Technology subjects Contingency B – Rs. 12000/- p.a. for initial 1 st & 2nd year of PhD Rs. 25000/- p.a. for 3 rd, 4th, & 5th year of PhD

◆ Eligibility Criteria: 1) Non-Creamy layer category candidates of Maharashtra, belonging to Other Backward Class (OBC), Vimukt Jati- Nomadic Tribes (VJ-NT) and Special Backward Class (SBC) who have passed the post-graduation examination in the concerned subject and who are pursuing full-time Ph.D. without JRF of UGC-NET or UGC-CSIR NET are eligible to do the application for this Fellowship. 2) Age of applicant should not exceed more than, 45 years as of the date 31 Dec, 2022.

Note;- 1) Applicants working as permanent employees in Private / Public / Semi Govt. / Govt. sectors can also apply subject to the condition, that in case such an applicant 5 is selected he/she will be considered eligible for the fellowship only after furnishing a Resignation letter & Relieving letter from the concerned organization. 2) applicants working on a temporary/contractual basis in Private / Public / Semi Govt. / Govt. sectors can also apply subject to the condition, that in case such an applicant is selected he/she will be considered eligible for the fellowship only after furnishing a Resignation letter and Relieving letter from the concerned organization. 3) Admission to Ph.D. Course in Distance education mode is not covered under this Fellowship. 4) Candidate who is provisionally admitted for Ph.D. is not eligible for the fellowship. 5) The total tenure of financial assistance for a Ph.D. is maximum of 5 years and no further extension is allowed.

Non submission of requisite documents by the candidate will debar his / her candidature from further process of fellowship.

  महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले संशोधन/PHD साठी अधिछात्रवृत्ति MJPRF वर्ष 2022-23.

महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले संशोधन व प्रशिक्षण संस्था महाज्योती नागपूर मार्फत महाराष्ट्रातील इतर मागासवर्गीय विमुक्त जाती भटक्या जमती व विशेष मागास प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना पीएचडी करण्यासाठी अधिकतम पाच वर्षासाठी अधि छात्रवृत्ति योजना 2022-23.

योजनेचे नाव.

महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले संशोधन अधिछात्रवृत्ति वर्ष 2022-23.

महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले यांनी महाराष्ट्रातील बहुजन समाजातील विद्यार्थ्यांना शिक्षणाची द्वारे उघडण्यासाठी त्यांना शिक्षण देण्यासाठी चळवळ उभी केली. त्यातून बहुजन समाजाला आर्थिक सामाजिक राजकीय व सांस्कृतिक प्रगतीच्या वाटा सापडल्या व बहुजन समाज विकासाच्या मुख्य प्रवाहाचा भाग बनला. महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले यांच्या विचार व कार्याचा हा वारसा महाराष्ट्र शासनाद्वारे पुढे नेण्यासाठी महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले संशोधन व प्रशिक्षण संस्था महाज्योती नागपूर या महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या इतर मागास बहुजन कल्याण विभागाच्या स्वायत्त संस्थेमार्फत महाराष्ट्रातील नॉन क्रिमिलियर गटातील इतर मागासवर्गीय विमुक्त जाती भटक्या जमाती व विशेष मागास प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना पीएचडी करण्यासाठी पाच वर्षासाठी आर्थिक सहाय्य देण्यासाठी महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले संशोधन अधि छात्रवृत्ति एम जे पी आर एफ ही योजना सन 2020-21 मध्ये कार्यान्वित करण्यात आलेली आहे.

आर्थिक वर्ष 2022 23 मध्ये योजनेअंतर्गत भारतातील युजीसी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यापीठ महाविद्यालय संस्था यामध्ये कोणत्याही विषयात पूर्ण वेळ व नियमितरीत्या पीएचडी करणाऱ्या महाराष्ट्रातील नॉन क्रिमिनल गटातील इतर मागासवर्गीय विमुक्त जाती भटक्या जमाती व विशेष मागास प्रवर्गातील अधिकतम 200 उमेदवारांना अर्थसहाय्य देण्यात येणार आहे.

महाजुती नागपूर मार्फत महाराष्ट्रातील नॉन क्रिमिलियर गटातील इतर मागासवर्गीय विमुक्त भटक्या जाती जमाती व विशेष मागास प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना भारतातील युजीसी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यापीठ महाविद्यालय संस्था यामध्ये कोणत्याही विषयात पूर्ण वेळ व नियमितरीत्या पीएचडी करण्यासाठी अधिकतम 200 उमेदवारांना छात्रवती महाज्योती संचालक मंडळांनी मान्यता दिल्याच्या दिनांक पासून अधिकतम पाच वर्षासाठी अर्थसहाय्य करणे.

लाभार्थी निकष.

1) उमेदवार महाराष्ट्राचा रहिवासी असावा.

2) उमेदवार इतर मागासवर्गीय विमुक्त जाती भटक्या जमाती व विशेष मागास प्रवर्ग यापैकी नॉन क्रिमिलियर गटातील असावा.

3) उमेदवाराने पदवीत्तर पदवी ही परीक्षा मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यापीठ महाविद्यालय संस्थामार्फत उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.

4) उमेदवार व्यक्तीने पेटी धरण करणे करता भारतातील मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठ महाविद्यालय संस्था येथे नोंदणी केलेली असावी नोंदणी नसलेल्या व्यक्ती योजनेच्या लाभाकरता अर्ज करण्यास पात्र राहणार नाही.

5) उमेदवार पीएचडी धारण करण्याकरता आधीच कोणतेही विद्यापीठ महाविद्यालय संस्था सारखी अथवा तत्सम इतर कोणतीही संस्था याची कडून अर्थसाह्य अथवा  छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्तक करत असल्यास असा उमेदवार योजनेच्या लाभाकरिता पात्र राहणार नाही.

उमेदवार व्यक्ती पीएचडी करीत असलेल्या कालावधीत कोणतेही स्वरूपाचा पूर्णवेळ अथवा अर्धवेळ रोजगार स्वयंरोजगार करीत असल्यास किंवा कोणत्याही प्रकारचे अर्थसहाय्य मानधन शिष्यवृत्ती घेत असल्यास योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यास पात्र राहणार नाही.

दिनांक 1 जानेवारी 2021 ते अर्ज करण्याच्या अंतिम दिनांक पर्यंत उमेदवारांनी यूजीसी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यापीठ संस्था महाविद्यालयात पीएचडी करिता नोंदणी करून कन्फर्मेशन फॉर पीएचडी चे पत्र प्राप्त केलेले आहे असे उमेदवार योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यास पात्र आहेत.

उमेदवाराकडे आर आर सी अथवा आर ए सी कडून विषय मंजूर झाल्याचे पत्र प्राप्त झालेली असणे आवश्यक आहे.

ज्या उमेदवारांची प्रवेश केवळ तात्पुरता म्हणजेच प्रोव्हिजनल आहे असे उमेदवार अर्ज करण्यास पात्र राहणार नाही.

उमेदवाराची पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गुणपत्रक व प्रमाणपत्र.

उमेदवाराचे पदव्युत्तर पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गुणपत्रक व प्रमाणपत्र.

उमेदवाराचे नेट सेट पेट एम्फील परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गुणपत्रक व प्रमाणपत्र ज्या आधारावर पीएचडी करिता प्रवेश मिळाला आहे त्या परीक्षेची माहिती देणे अनिवार्य आहे.

उमेदवारी पीएचडी करिता प्रवेश घेतल्याची पावती.

उमेदवारास विद्यापीठाने मार्गदर्शकाची नेमणूक केल्या बाबत पत्र.

मार्गदर्शक आणि स्वीकृत केल्याबाबत पत्र.

उमेदवारास आर एस सी किंवा आर आर सी ने संशोधन प्रकल्पास दिलेल्या मान्यतेची पत्र.

उमेदवाराची पीएचडी करताना नोंदणी पक्की झाल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र.

आर ए सी अथवा आर आर सी ने मान्यता दिलेला संशोधन सारांश उमेदवार मार्गदर्शक व आर आर सी ने मंजूर केलेल्या स्वाक्षरीसह.

संशोधन केंद्र प्राप्त झाल्याचे पत्र.

संशोधन केंद्रात संशोधनासाठी रुजू झाल्याचे पत्र.

मार्गदर्शक व संशोधक केंद्रप्रमुख यांचे संयुक्त प्रमाणपत्र विहित नमुन्यात.

दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्र असल्यास.

नावात बदल असल्यास त्याचा पुरावा.

रद्द करण्यात आलेला धनादेश.

रोजगार किंवा स्वयंरोजगार करीत नसल्याबाबत व अधिक छात्रवृत्ति मिळत नसल्याबाबत पाचशे रुपयांच्या स्टॅम्प पेपरवर दंडाधिकारी यांनी प्रमाणित केलेले प्रतिज्ञापत्र.

वरील कोणत्याही कागदपत्रावरील दिनांक खडाखोड केल्यास असे प्रमाणपत्र पुरावा अवैध ठरवण्यात येईल.

3) ज्या उमेदवारांची यादी महा ज्योति मार्फत निवड झालेली आहे अशा उमेदवारांना अर्ज करता येणार नाही.
